How Committing 2.5 Hours a Day Can Transform Your Real Estate Business #realestate #short #realtor

A real estate agent breaks down a 2.5-hour morning routine: 50 minutes of focused prospecting, then 10 minutes off, repeated. Eat the frog first. Track your activity metrics. Discipline beats talent.
The ability to sit down long enough every day to generate business is the like non negotiable prerequisite for success. So some of you are starting your days and there is no order and some of you don't, wouldn't know what to do, you know. So that's a different problem. If you sat down for three hours in a 50 minute on, 10 minute off three series of those that cadence, some of you wouldn't have enough to focus on. So I get that. But ultimately we want to build the Legion systems up so that you have enough to do three hours every day. It actually ends up only, only being two and a half hours because we do that 50, 10 cadence. None of this will work if you're not disciplined with your time. And I used to try to like hack when I thought people would, you know, be available to talk to me or you know, because we had inbound leads, but I would still need to have conversations with people. Now the best way to do it is just to commit the first part of your morning to the activity that is probably not the highest like on your desired list of things to do. Eat that frog is like the frog in sales is sitting down and having conversations with people. So if you're not doing that every day and you're not tracking your numbers, you're not going to win in sales. Some of us wouldn't last a day if we had a sales manager in a legit high performing sales organization. So really be a little bit harder on yourself when it comes to where you're placing your time.
