How Do Our New Agents Get the Hang of Our Systems so Quickly?

A real estate team hit 50 transactions this month with four new agents onboarded. New agents are calling leads within 10 days after training on scripts, CRM, and contracts. The team is tracking $39M in volume against a $31M goal, aiming for $41M by May.
Cool. So let me give you a quick update on our new agent training. It has been awesome. I love when a new agent comes in because we have the benefit of a sort of a blank slate right now. The market is, you know, we're doing pretty well. I mean, we've written 48 trans. Oh, so that's cool. So the time I've been on this call, we went from 48 to 50. So 50 transactions. So 50 written this month, and we've got four new agents starting this month. So it's the best months we've. We've had as a team. The energy and just the alive. There's the feeling of. Of everything is. Is alive in our company is really legitimate right now. That's probably the biggest benefit. I mean, the goal of our training is to know the scripts, know the back end of the CRM boom town, to know how to give the presentation, go through paperwork, and to know how to do showings and write contracts. And so we've got a combination of support that goes along in all of that, but we keep it as simple as possible so we don't overcomplicate it. And it's going really, really well. So every one of our agents, they'll be invited to go to Mexico with a spouse. With their spouse if they hit 3.2 million written this year. So from where they are right now, Basically, we did 16 sides at 200,000. Our new agents tend to average a little bit lower price point. So 3.2 million written, and they'll be allowed to come to Mexico. These numbers here don't include any of their projections. So. Yeah, so an update is that it's going extremely well. Two of them are already calling leads, and that was like, about 10 days in. Seven. 10 days in. We already let them call on leads because they just jumped into the scripts and they jumped into the boomtown training, and they just picked up on it really, really quickly. We challenge all four of them to come to the table with 50 soi, and we challenge them with the activity of setting soi appointments. And that has been probably the biggest game changer. We never challenged anyone with that before. You know, just a deliberate, intentional call to someone that wants to see you win, saying, hey, Dave, this is Lars. You know, we worked together a few years ago. I just wanted to kind of reach out and let you know what's going on and ask a favor. And so there's. There's that approach. You know, I've made some. I've joined a top real estate team, and I'VE got aggressive goals and I need your help. And, you know, would you be willing to refer me to your friends and family and who do you know specifically that might be looking to buy or sell a home right now? And. Or you could do the whole forward, you know, just have conversations and then subtly mention at the end of it, you know, hey, just so you know, I don't like that method as much because it feels a little bit like you're calling with an agenda and you're not being upfront with it. So I was always the more direct route. So that's probably the biggest, the biggest change. So our business tracker was just changed. Let's see if anything changes on the screen. Cool thing about Clipfolio is that it blinks. I have it set to update every minute, but I could just click it here. Doesn't look like anything changed. So we're already at, if you look at the volume here, we're already at 39 million of volume and our goal for May is 41 and we're still in April, so we're 39 million written against a goal of 31. So we're 8 million ahead. So it's pretty cool.
