I've been working with Lars. My business has changed quite a bit, not just in the numbers, but in the way things are done. The way I look at the business, just from the numbers, you know, I came to Lars, I just busted through the hundred transactions a year. And through his help, I've rebuilt my team, restructured, redone my mission, goals, values, and last year we closed 141 transactions with $35 million in production. And I was out of the office for 14 weeks. And so just a lot more time away from the business with my family and increased production at the same time. The last 12 months have been just more of a mindset shift, really digging in, like I said, rewriting those core values, those goals, really hiring, recruiting, retaining around those goals, firing around those goals to make sure that you build up the team around you so I can delegate the things need to delegate to reach that next level. And this intensive here has been focusing on leadership, which I haven't been to too many programs or conferences where this is a main focus. A lot, a lot of people see it as a lot of hard work, but Lars has been able to deliver some really good content material that we can take back to the team and just be a constant reminder of how we can grow as leaders so our team can help grow the business. So it's not all just on me. And Lars has been able to provide those systems to help us leverage our team to help us grow. The first one that I really implemented was the DialogTech phone routing system, along with the three yard signs that generated a lot more sign calls, but it also freed up my evenings and weekends where the agents were getting the calls directly sent to them. So that was just a huge shift in my business where I was able to increase production while have less time in the office. He delivers new content each time. There's an intensive. There's been a marketing intensive, goals and planning intensive. And he put a lot of thought and he puts a lot of material into it, and each one's unique and different. So if you say you've been to one, well, you haven't been to all of them. Because some people say I've been to that event or I've been to this event. It's the same thing each time. Large brings a whole new event, new material, new content, and I just don't want to miss it. So I haven't missed one so far. I just think this is a continued value. I'm planning on coming into all the other intensives that Larva put together and really enjoy participating and networking with other agents as well.
