We just started about three years ago in real estate and we had a lot of success with working online. Generation online leads to a point where we're overwhelmed now. So at a stage where I'm building a team and I'm finding that I'm needing more and more structure and processes in the way we do things. And so that's something that attracted me to. Lars is very systematic and strategic about building these processes for long term growth. And I'm kind of similar in terms of the way he thinks. So we're thankful that I met him this early in the process to be able to not make as many mistakes as I think he may have made before. And actually I only started with Lars about six weeks now and I think it's already paying off because my latest recruit is a buyer's agent who I've recruited using a large system. It's turning out to be a really good new team member that's going to be very productive and very effective for the next few years. You know, there's a lot of content in large system and it feels like drinking from a fire hose. So I'm piecemealing the process and taking it one piece at a time. So I'm already implementing some of the tracking tools, implementing some of the accountability tools as well as the hiring system. Right now I just went through hiring a buyer's agent. My next step is hiring an assistant and I'm going to use large system to do that. I've also implemented some of the accountability tools for buyer's agents and some of the technology tools like Doll Attack and Top Producer. So one piece at a time, but we're definitely going to get there. My ultimate goal is to be able to set up a found for growth. So to be able to put the processes and procedures and systems in place and hire the right people for the right jobs, to be able to go back again and unleash the lead generation tools and the recruiting tools to be able to grow. We don't want to. We're essentially taking a step back and holding off, bringing in more leads to be able to nurture and convert at a high level and actually also bring in strong buyers, agents, strong people in our team to be able to convert these leads at a high level. And that's the main thing of this event, is you're surrounded with a brain trust that is high value. Top producers who have similar mindset, who have similar goals and are looking toward the next few years with the same lens and just being in the energy, being within this environment. That feeds and shares all these information ideas. There's just too many AHAs that you have to jot down every one of them and be able to go out there and implement it. So I think the environment and being around people like that is invaluable.
