I'm Joy Deebee with TTR Sotheby's International Realty, and I've been in real estate for 13 years. So I approached Lars two years ago, and essentially, in this business, it is very difficult to balance life. And so I chatted with Lars and he said, hey, I can help you get some, you know, normalcy back into your life. And so that's why I've been with Lars. And that's kind of what he's been helping me do. A lot of goal planning and thinking about where things were headed, what my real true desires were. And so that's kind of what I've been focusing on in the last two years. And because he's such a great coach, it's somebody that I always want to be talking to and learning from. And so that's kind of why I'm with Lars. I've been in a couple of the intensives. And the best thing about the intensives are not just getting Lars to speak to us and kind of share a lot of new ideas, but there's also great networking with many other top agents in the country that have amazing new marketing ideas and just new ways about doing things, how to improve our lives. And so that's what's been really nice success to me for my business. Real estate business is really having a balanced life and creating happiness all around me with my people that are on my team and people that we're serving and just making it a balanced life while improving their lives through real estate.
