A spoken YouTube testimonial by Lisa Harold (from The Woodlands, Texas) recounting two years of coaching with Lars Hedenborg. Lisa describes being previously lost in her real estate career and personally, then experiencing significant growth: 2014 was a strong real estate year, followed by a challenging year of life lessons. Coaching led to leadership skill development (managing and ultimately firing a low-performing buyer's agent on good terms), greater self-love and forgiveness, and an enthusiastic endorsement of Lars as an influential, supportive coach.
My name is Lisa Harold, and I'm from the Woodlands, Texas. I've been coaching with Lars right at two years. The biggest difference between myself as a person two years ago and where I am today, I would have to say, is a direct result from my relationship with Lars. Just by virtue of me being involved in the coaching program has set me on a trajectory that I really had no plans for. I was pretty much lost in my real estate career, and I didn't realize that I was a little bit lost in my personal life as well. And in the last couple of years, I have grown so much. 2014 was really a banner year for me in real estate, and this year has been pretty bumpy in regard to a lot of life lessons. And the cool thing is I've learned a tremendous amount. One of the neat things is I have come away with leadership skills. And something that Lars said today that totally resonated with me is I didn't realize that I needed to have coaching in that area, and I did. I wasn't born with those skills, and I've been developing those for the last couple of months. And really, by listening to other people and taking their advice and working through, like a buyer's agent who really was not doing very well on the team. And for whatever reason, I found the level of patience that was needed and dug into some discovery and curiosity with him, and it was a fantastic experience. I ended up firing him because his production was not matching the team requirements. But we. We ended on very good terms, and that's actually a huge success for me by Lars pushing not only the business side, it's really helped me develop as a person. I would also have to say that in the relationship, in the coaching, it's pushed me to learn how to.
Now I'm going to cry. Learn to love myself more and forgive myself. He's always so supportive, and I love coming to these events. It's just always inspiring. And I just think he's the greatest coach ever. He's really helped change my life.
