My ideas for the real estate business, how to set up and all that was matching perfectly what Lars is teaching. It was a perfect fit. So we just spent initially 10 minutes on the phone and it just clicked right away. My idea here has been to create a sellable business. So all the materials, all the systems that he has lead into a business that you can step out and that can run on its own. And you can be just out of production, just CEO of a company future as a business, I see getting out of production, being just the owner of a company. I don't have to be there every day and I can work one day a week. Just overlooking the process. Just the fact being around Asians that have so much knowledge and so ahead of production and been through all the mistakes that it takes to get to a certain level and learn from their mistakes, it's cheaper that way. And also just keep you on track of what the goal is and provide you with the tools, how to get to the goals that you need.
