I've got to do an hour a day of focused, outbound new business development for my real estate business. And that might create different problems in the evenings or on the weekends, but the only way to cross over is if you're actually focusing on some new business development. So if I can double down on new business development and real estate, It'll take me 10 hours to generate a $15,000 commission check. So it's just a question of, like, do I have the financial means to scale back my prim money maker to allow some space to generate the business to bring in those $15,000 commission checks? Are you doing the work? Do you know your numbers? Are you sitting down in the morning long enough and focusing on bringing in new business so there's some predictability in the business? If I was, like, sitting with you every morning and making you do it, I'm sure you could generate a new client every week. If I was there, like, nope, we're not done yet. There's no break. You're not going to water the plants. This 8 to 12 is all new business development, but we're salespeople with the worst boss ever.
