Questions this video answers
About 10 hours per week.
42 deals.
About 250 people.
What Jessica Wade does is that she spends about 10 hours a week coordinating a coffee or a lunch with someone in her core database. These people know her. She's not trying to extort business from them a very low key way. And she did 42 deals directly from her database of 250 people. So for her, that felt comfortable, more natural than anything else. But just find your lane. Find something that you feel good about. It could be your thing, could be a database, but also on social, you have friends that live locally that you're just gonna. Once a week, you're gonna find something valuable to drop into their Facebook messenger or tag them on a post. Or you could be the most uplifting person that they know. You're constantly. And then they're gonna know you do real estate, because laced in some of your stuff is the late showing or writing a contract. My computer's at 1%. Like you're gonna. They're gonna know that you do real estate. There's so many angles you can go at this thing, but it's the consistency that is gonna bring in the deals. But everything works if you work it consistently.
