How Real Estate Agents Can Scale Like McDonald's 🎯

Real estate agents can scale by systematizing their business like McDonald's or Disney World. Break down each transaction into repeatable, trainable steps so you can delegate everything and stop being the bottleneck.
At some point you can give up every part of your business because you're just the business owner. You have this real estate business that serves clients at the highest level. They're all trained to your specification. They all do every little thing the way you want them to. Going to Disney World, do you think, like they leave any of that stuff to chance? The interactions with the princesses or the whatever. It's all orchestrated. But they can give that same experience a thousand times a day to each client. But then day after day after day, whatever inspires you to build the actual business side of it. Think of that thing. For me, this isn't going to resonate with you, but for me it was E Myth revisited by Michael Gerber. His example in that book is Ray Kroc, who took the one McDonald's location, the speedy system, and he replicated that out. I don't know how many there are now. Tens of thousands of speedy systems, little McDonald's around the world. So I just looked at a real estate transaction as all of those things.
