How Smart Agents Use KCM to Become the Market Authority

Speaker advises real estate agents to build market authority by consistently publishing market-status videos (e.g., every third video), using KCM slides or simple visuals, calling out misleading headlines, and staying the steady, trusted presence for their audience.
So the way to build authority in a lane is to be consistent in the thing that you want to have authority with. For real estate, one of the easiest, not very expensive. I wouldn't ever not have keeping current matters. You can introduce an element to it where it's either like a green screen where there's a, like, okay, they just dropped in Colorado that foreclosures, 200% increase in foreclosures. And then you're like, guys, there was one foreclosure and it went to three. Yeah, technically it's a 200% increase. But you cannot believe headlines. Anytime you have an issue with the market, text me, here's my personal sell, or send me an email and I'm going to keep these videos rolling. So you have the ultimate authority on real estate. And we're not trying to, you know, if it bleeds, it leads from the mainstream media about real estate. You're going to get all the doom and gloom and I'm going to hit you straight with what's going. Like, just think if you were a constant presence in that, in that way, then if anyone's looking to, you know, interview you for the job of listing their home and they're, they're going to, they're going to go do their due diligence on social, they're going to be able to see every third video you put out. You still have the really super funny ones, the engaging ones, but every third one you put out is a. Some sort of market status and even just printing out a KCM slide and, you know, kind of pointing at it, having your phone set up and just pointing at it, saying like, hey, you know, this, just showing this. But really, when we're just in a mean reversion pre 2019 or 2020, this is what it looked like, you know, so I think that has to be part of your repertoire.
