My name is Tara Lindbergh and I'm with the Lindbergh team at ReMax Real Estate Results in Bentonville, Arkansas. I actually, I met Lars through a radio group that we're both involved in. And I reached out to Lars because I was noticing the systems that he was putting in place for his team, and we were growing at a rapid pace in terms of transactions, but I knew we weren't handling things the right way and being organized. So I reached out to him September of 2014, and. And it really helped me start getting some systems and processes and procedures in place to help organize our team and then also keep me in the loop of what's going on, because I've been trying to transition myself over the past year to do less transactions myself and kind of push those over to our team. And last year we ended up with 312 transactions, and in my market, that was about 64 million in volume. This year we're on pace to do 400 transactions with the systems we've put into place, with the everyday open house signs and the voice pad signs, and then just the accountability. We should definitely more than surpass our goal for this year. The reason I chose to go with Lars to help us with the next phase of our business is I just felt like he was the right person because he'd already proven himself with the procedures that he has in place. Everything was very systematic. And we're trying to get to a point in our business where every listing's handled the same way, every buyer is handled the same way, every client closings handled the same way. So just looking at what he's already accomplished and the systems he had in place, it looked like something we could easily step into and just start repeating what he's already done. And it's working for us. This is actually my first high performance, but we're learning a lot. Yesterday was a lot about vision and core values for your team. And it's things I've thought about before, I've talked about before, but I've never implemented it. And now I feel like for the first time, I really am dialed in, into what I truly want our team to look like and feel like. And that's the next thing I'm going to do when I go home is put those together and implement those to our team and really get them to buy in to the vision of our team. We're also learning a lot about bringing on new agents. You know, how the process to get them started. And as soon as I go home, we have three agents lined up to come to work for us. And so one of my other first steps is to implement those, the strategies and procedures he talked about today and get that rolling and dialed in for our team. I learned a lot from Lars and he has a lot of great information. But one of the things I do like the best is the phone calls that we have once a week and sometimes twice a week because it also you get to talk to other high performing producing agents from all over the area and, and just sometimes hearing what things they're doing, what's working well for them is nice. And then sometimes it's nice to hear what people are struggling with because sometimes you think you're the only one and it makes you feel a little bit better. And then you kind of bounce around some ideas of what we can do to help each other. And that's been a big part of the coaching program that's worked really well for me. Coming to the high performance workshop, sitting at the tables with other high producers. Some are new to starting teams, which is kind of interesting because if I could start all over again, the things I would maybe do different. But kind of listening to where they're at in their phase of their team and talking to other high producing agents, there's a lot of lessons. I've been taking lots of notes to go back with and share with my team.
