How This AZ Realtor Will Step Out of Production In Three Years

An Arizona realtor with 17 years in the business credits a coaching program with improving her agents' performance through new processes like buyer loyalty appointments. She's built a plan to step out of production in three years to focus on leadership and family.
I have been doing this for 17 years in real estate. I became a broker right away, owned my own company. And fast forward to just 18 months ago. I found Lars. What led me there was I wanted a business. As opposed to me working the grind day in and day out. The business has changed since coming on with Lars by implementing buyer loyalty appointments. We'd never done that before. And by doing that, that's getting their loyalty. We're not hoping and hauling with our agents and they're out there and they' time is spent so much better in getting from loyalty to a contract in lease amount of time. So massive change there. Our buyer's agent we let go as a result of this not implementing her, not implementing this. And the agent that did implement this made 50,000 her first year. And she'll easily exceed six figures in her second year. With our team, the goal is to be out of the business. So the end goal is to have a lot more time with family. Right now we're busy and I'm busy, but I'm busy doing different things. But still the angle will be more time with my family. And I see that in the very near future, whereas before I didn't see it at all. 3 years I will be out of this business. I will not be taking buyers and sellers directly. I will have a team that will handle and take care of them in the same way that I would, if not better. And I'll be able to lead and inspire them and help my team have a wonderful family life and a wonderful income and all of the above. The intensive has given me an opportunity to meet Lars in person. Putting the face and the person behind all these phone calls and all this great advice that I'm getting, that's a big piece of it for me so far. The second part has been meeting the other people, networking with the other people, kind of hearing their trials and tribulations. Misery loves company while I'm finding that they're going through all the same stuff that I am. And that means I'm on the right path. Don't be on the fence, period.
