How to Avoid Setting Appointments with Unqualified Buyers

Real estate agents waste time on unqualified buyers. Pre-qualify Internet leads before scheduling by asking about down payment, monthly payment range, and whether they've talked to a lender. Have a loan officer verify financing before the appointment.
I promise you this is so far from anything that you've ever been to. And now, how much pre qualifying do you recommend before setting an Internet lead appointment? We usually once we get the appointment is when we go into some qualifying questions. We do urge folks to let me pull it up here. There's a good. Just a qualifying buyer lead conversion, buyer pre qualification. There's some good questions here. Ideal time. So this is kind of. There's some LP mom in here, but you can ask some questions around. What is the range of monthly payment you feel most comfortable with? How much you're going to put down on a home? Have you spoken to a lender? What would you say your credit was looking like? And by chance, do you know when the last time your credit was run? Have you financed any big purchase? When we meet, are there any of the decision making? So this is by qualifying the appointment. I would run through this with them. After you book the appointment, run through that and we've got another document here. Fire qualifying questions. And then we say, you know, I'd like to have Brian Pierce with American Security call you to review your loan qualification. So I would run them through that or get some confidence. Don't just accept the appointment. When I was new to this, it was I would just accept the appointments, right? And then the ones that were like, yeah, let's meet, they just had awful credit and it was really, really bad. So you can ask those questions. Either one, this one here that says buyer pre qualification or CRT buyer qualifying questions.
