A short instructional talk advising real estate agents to dominate a local market by building a geographic 'farm' and deep personal relationships (an 'inner circle'), focusing effort on one town rather than many counties. Emphasizes researching top local agents/sales, maintaining a strong digital footprint (Google reviews, content), and regularly promoting local businesses to earn mindshare and trust in small communities.
When you adopt a farm that becomes like you have your inner Circle database, the 50, you're going to try to expand that over time. Real relationships with people that know, like and trust you. And then you're doing the same thing with a geographic farm. Everyone in that town knows you because you're providing so much value on a regular basis. And if it's a small town, it's not going to be hard to do. It's not going to cost a lot of money. That's going to be a slam dunk for you. What's the the top two agents that sell the most homes in that town? How many did they sell? Just do a little bit of research. That could be your whole game now. You're not working seven counties. You're just going to own every bit of mind share in that market. And same thing with your digital footprint. Make sure your Google reviews are dialed in. Make sure you're creating content. Make sure all the local business owners, if they're holding any kind of buy one, get one free meal. You're the guy that's constantly promoting people in the community because it's such a small community.
