24 of the 60 touches are the two education videos from Vyral Marketing.
Two ads per month.
Less than $1,000 per month.
All right, let me tell you guys a little bit about hard to track, but the power of the stuff that I'm doing with Vyral. So Vyral is not the only firm that can do this. I just think the value they provide for the investment I think is ridiculous. I do believe video marketing has to be a part of your efforts. And we talk about it. It's, you know, it's 24 of our 60 touches in our raving fan program. Those are the two education videos from Vyral Marketing. You also get a recruiting blog if you're a client of real estate B school. Just ask your success coach and they'll give you a recruiting blog. I don't get anything from Vyral marketing, so I have no affiliate relationship with them or anything but the work they're doing on digital farming. So every month they're running two ads and we're now putting in. Jessica is my marketing coordinator. She does all this. We're in a sort of an accountability group and it's a bit of a mastermind group with other people that are doing digital farming. So taking your video assets and getting them. Getting impression and plays of them to people that are in your target market. So I just call it digital farming. We don't have a ton of money toward it right now. I mean, I think it's less with their service fee. I think it's less than $1,000 a month I have toward it. But I ran the Barbara Corcoran Shark Tank commercial, which, when I did it originally about a year and a half ago, I remember saying, this is. This has a 50, 50 chance of even making me the money I invested in it. I said that it was. I don't do a lot of ego things. I just really like Shark Tank. And I. And I thought it'd be cool to record a commercial with Barbara Corcoran in 15 months. I had one person come up to me that wasn't on my team and tell me that they saw me on Shark Tank and they saw my commercial. And how do you know Barbara? Two weeks into this digital farming, I had three people just at my gym and my gym only. It's a personal training studio. It only has about 60 members, three people, and I go at the same time. Usually I'm either going early, early, or my wife goes early, and I'll go at seven. So one of two times. So I'm really only exposed to about 10 people there. Anyway, three of those 10 people said, Hey, I saw your Barbara Corcoran commercial. People come up to me say they saw me on Instagram. I don't even have the Instagram app. So this is just a way to get impressions and have people consume your education based content on a regular basis through social media platforms. Really, really cool. Highly recommend. I know Vyral has gone through growth spurts and their quality of their success coaches. Sometimes you'll not get the best success coach but your relationship with real estate b school just push them or ask to talk to John McMillan. He runs the operations in Omaha and I've got a personal relationship with Frank. I just really believe that the effort they're putting into digital farming will go very, very far. And there's stuff we're going to be doing with expired and fizbos that'll be able to get our stuff in front of expired and FSBOs. Expired and FSBO, you know message market match through our digital farming efforts with viral I know it's the next it's not even the next thing. Like it's definitely it's here. It's been here for a long time so I would definitely look into that and put some effort into that.
