How to Have Massive Sales Growth Using This Simple Tool

A real-estate team uses a Monday Google Docs form where agents log prospecting activities and forecast sales for the week ahead. The owner sees what everyone committed to, creating public accountability. The system came from Dirk Zeller's training.
Real quick, I just want to show you what we've done for our weekly meetings. Basically, Kyle is now running the buyer agent meetings and he just wanted one place where every week he could see what's going on with the buyer agents. So in terms of their prospect and their follow up, their MBAs, their essays, their offers closings and their other new business development activities. Seller referrals, open house leads, note cards, social posts, go for notes A plus buyers. We added projected sales. So how many sales do you think you're going to get in the next seven days and what volume will that be? So he's now responsible to report to me what volume the team is expected to bring in that week and then some notes on that projected volume. So I know as the owner, since I'm not in that meeting now, I know as the owner what is expected and what they're committing to. These are offers that are out or buyers that have narrowed down to one or two houses and they're going to be making offers. So I've got pretty good clarity on what's going on. So from, I guess this is from last week. So 1.6 million of buyer business would have been expected to go under. All right, so I'm going to make a copy of this. This is literally cut and paste from the online form that the agents fill out every week. So let me show you that. So I don't get any, you know, you're changing things. This is just a weekly summary. So let me move this so you guys can have access to it. So this was, if anyone had been through, and I don't necessarily recommend it, don't go out and do it because all the tools you need are. You've got plenty in here. But this is sort of like the biggest thing that my team took away from Dirk Zeller's training. We did it, I think about three years ago was the public accountability at the beginning. Every week. I think it was like a 12 week program. Every week agents would fill out their numbers in front of everybody else for the week and this replicates that. So I really dig this, this format. All right, so I'll put this in buyer system. All right, so now you guys should have access to that. I just want to show you that this is. So we modified our weekly tracker, that these are the exact questions that we asked now on the tracker. So whatever's important for you, I think this kind of covers it. We added a few things, we added open house leads, we added social posts, we added A plus buyers. Like how many buyers are legitimate, gonna write a contract in the next 14 to 30 days. And then we added sales projected and volume projected. So you should be able to use Google Docs. It's a very easy program to use. So this is my team's actual buyer success tracker. Buyer specialist success tracker. This is the link that my agents fill out Monday before 5pm so everything is. I've tweaked this a little bit. You should kind of make yours the way you want. If you do something special in your business, you know, I don't know, Popeyes or, I don't know, coffees with, you know, whatever you're tracking SOI meetings, that could be something that you're tracking. In fact, we may add that to here, but this is the current version of it. The whole point is that you should be tracking regularly the things that are important to you out of your buyer agents, and you're just. It gets very boring and monotonous. But that's the whole point. It's just consistent activity leads to consistent results.
