Speaker emphasizes that consumers strongly trust online reviews and that accumulating frequent reviews is key to increasing marketability on Zillow. Reviews are described as "money in the bank," and the speaker advises knowing local competition and keeping a large pool of potential reviewers (including rentals, CMA recipients, and current prospects), noting reviews need not come only from closed deals.
So each little section I'm going to go through, I'm kind of just going to pull away kind of the three top tidbits or nuggets. Bottom line, consumers trust online reviews. Really. I consider reviews like money in the bank, especially when you, you know, when you get to that certain point. And I know it's because I do very in depth campaign reviews, business reviews with my clients. You know, every year it just starts stacking up as far as more deals, you know, from listings and strictly being read from reviews and whatnot. So it really is just money in the bank. Obviously know your competition and what's going on in the areas and then get as many reviews as possible as frequently as possible on that last one. Just so people are aware you don't have to. Reviews don't have to come from closed deals. They can come from rentals, they can come from somebody you provided a CMA for. It can be somebody that you're currently driving around. So you want to keep that potential pool of reviewers as big as possible.
