Real estate agents waste time on low-value tasks like showing homes and entering listings. Instead, focus on prospecting, marketing systems, and tracking numbers to build consistent lead flow. Once that's solid, you can scale to six figures without working more hours.
You need help in leverage client care. You probably shouldn't be showing homes or putting listings in the mls. You shouldn't be meeting an inspector at a property or grabbing a check from the attorney's office. Those are critically important tasks, but they don't pay a lot of money, and that's where most agents miss the mark. You know, I don't want you to dismiss what we're going through here because you think you're not at the point where you should be thinking this way. If you're not doing the top of funnel, you don't have marketing systems in place and you're not having the conversations on the daily. You're not tracking your numbers, you're not setting appointments, you're not meeting and signing clients. If you don't have the lead flow coming in and you're not structured, your day isn't structured or you're not good enough yet to do those first four, you're not in the game. We'll create that problem first and then we'll get leverage around client care. At some point, if you want to go from 250 to 500 to a million and work less hours or the same hours as you do it, then that fourth pillar, leveraged client care, is critical.
