Short motivational YouTube clip advising entrepreneurs to have a written growth plan and clear strategic priorities. The speaker stresses onboarding and a strategic "game plan" call as part of client intake, the need for honest self-assessment (scoring), habit development, and creating concrete action items so progress can occur over the next period.
I have a clear growth plan in place and I know the best way to set up my business to achieve it. So if you don't have a written plan and you don't have like strategic priorities, you're not in the game. What kind of habits have you developed? Before we even get to work on anything together, we do a one on one onboarding call and then we do this strategic game plan call. We kind of know who we're dealing with. That's why it's important as you go through this, even if you don't become a private member of ours, that you're honest with yourself about where you stand right now, it's going to be really hard for you to succeed at a very high level if these scores are low and remain low. Whatever it takes to break through this and let your spouse know you know why you're doing the things that you're doing, even though you're not going through a game plan call, take some notes here and give yourself some action items on what needs to change here for things to pivot over the next time period.
