A short presentation describing an adapted 'impact filter' (from Strategic Coach) for organizing and prioritizing 3–5 high-impact projects each quarter to grow a real-estate business. The speaker emphasizes action-oriented planning (90-day plans), measurable success criteria, and using an implementation coach to execute systems such as an expired-listing direct-mail system that can generate consistent listing leads. The approach is pitched as practical (common-sense but not common-practice) and focused on scaling operations through focused projects and coaching.
I want to show you a tool here that you could or should use. Most of you that have been to an intensive workshop have seen this. It's simply an impact filter from strategic coach just reorganized. So this is a way for you to organize these, the things you're working on, the three to five projects that will impact your business the most. You know, in the coaching group, we focus on five every six months, right? Real multiplier project, game changing projects that will truly shift your business. In the boardroom, we focus on five every quarter. So it's up to you how many, how many of these you can take on some of these big systems. Build out, you know, to truly build out the listing system properly will take, you know, two or three months. So I'm going to share this with, with the Facebook group and use this, use this tool. Basically, you know, let's say expired listing system. The purpose, what do you want to accomplish? I want to build out a direct mail system to expires so that I can get, you know, consistent listing leads. What's the difference it'll make? This could bring in, you know, in some markets it could bring in three to four sales a month. You know, one to two sales a month is probably in some of the, in the market that we're in right now. What's the result look like, the best outcome if you take action? What's the worst outcome if you don't take action, you won't have a consistent listing, you know, lead flow, success criteria, what has to be true when the project is finished and then action, three action items. What can you do to move this project forward? So you're going through that, that approach on five projects and I'll post this, I'll get the real link to it and post it in Facebook. Let me jump over to questions. Any questions on this? I know I run the risk on some of this stuff to be common sense, but definitely not common practice. If you're six or 12 months into this program, you may get the feeling like you just like being around this mindset, the Facebook group and all that comes of it. But if you're not, I built this program out to be different than other programs because it's an action oriented program. And you know, I'm getting together with you coming up with a 90 day plan and then you're working with your implementation coach, who's Stacy, to really build this out and take action. So if you've stalled, right, if you don't kind of know what you're working on, you need help going through this. Get with Stacy. Stacy's implemented pretty much every system that I have in my business into her business. And Tyler and Stacy have both leveraged themselves out of grind of real estate transactions. Now they're looking to scale it, right, to really dial in the operations and dial in the training, mentoring, coaching side of it and the recruiting side of it to be able to scale their business even more. So you've got an awesome resource there.
