Most agents aren't even working over the holidays. They take off a week or two before Thanksgiving, and they don't even start working again to the first or second week of January. So this is the time to do the work, double down, make your contacts, and there's actually less agents out there showing homes to buyers. And the inventory now is actually on the uprise, so it's actually an awesome time to dig in and get sales done.
