Excerpt from a mastermind call (YouTube) about generating more client reviews after real estate closings. Speakers describe using $10 Starbucks cards to motivate quick testimonial returns, the importance of soliciting both positive and negative feedback, and proactively calling/texting/emailing clients who don't return surveys—especially those with middling experiences—to capture constructive input and improve service.
See what else. I want to get to some wins, too. Wins Starbucks. Okay, cool. So sending out Starbucks testimonials after closing and are receiving more back than we ever did. Cool. It is important to talk about what we are doing well and what challenges clients feel we have. Yeah, totally. We do the same thing. It's important to get these. Yeah. So. And we go one step further on the ones that we don't get, we actually call them. And those are more important than we get a lot of tens. But someone that had a great experience on the buy or sell side, we send them a $10 Starbucks cards, they fill it out right away. They're happy to give us a 10 and a testimonial and we can post them on Zillow and all that cool stuff. But it's all the other ones we don't receive that I'm fearful. And we get some ones too, or zeros. People that freaking hate us. And it's few and far between, but we get those surveys as well and they'll mail it back with the Starbucks card in there. My concern is the bunch in the middle that we don't get back because they had a five or six or seven experience and it wasn't like going to Disney. So that's what Sheree, my operations manager, works really hard. I would encourage you, if you don't get them back, call all the people that don't get them back or text them or email them. We've got a separate link and you have it in your Google Drive to that same survey online. So if you get them over the phone, just tell them, hey, I'm going to send you the link real quick. And you just spend a minute filling it out. It means a lot to us.
