You do need to make sure you're taking care of your physical body. You can't hack sleep. You can't have a glass or two or three of wine every night and expect to wake up the next morning ready to get after it. There's a lot of negative personal habits that you might need to think about as well when it comes to achieving not only to highlight your business, but you want to achieve as a husband, as a dad, as a wife, as a mother. There's all these responsibilities we have outside of real estate, so you need to make sure you are dialed in when it comes to the habits personally and professionally. And I've helped agents 3,4 million average price points get a lot of leverage around their day to day business.
