Questions this video answers
$250k GCI
Two to three homes minimum
Get to bed at 10 o'clock
One hour a day, seven days a week
Every hour I have a reminder come up that says, what would tomorrow you want today you to do? I believe there's like a mental piece. My sleep has been really bad lately because I'm consuming a bunch of crap at night, YouTube or Netflix. And so now I've used that trigger like tomorrow you wants today you to get to bed at 10 o' clock because you're not your best self, the next morning you're sleeping in or you're short with your kids or. So I think there's an element of just working on personal development that someone has to go down a path of personal leadership that has nothing to do with the tactics. I know exactly what you need to do to sell two to three homes minimum, and that's getting to 250k GCI in any market at current prices. But if you're looking for the next best thing, or you're looking for the easy button, or you're distracted with webinars and lead sources not going to get there. It takes effort and building out systems and frameworks in your business to be able to scale and do it in a sustainable way. So many agents out there, and it's because there are big fat commission checks at the end of us getting a closing that these marketers know that we mentally can spend money before we even make it. You know, if it's $15,000 commission check, it's like, of course I'll buy your thing for 5,000 or spend $500 a month on a lead source or whatever. Going down the path of letting someone else get in between you and the buyer or seller. So if you're constantly looking for someone that's going to generate a lead for you, I promise you, you're going to lose the game. And so it could be a mindset or personal development issue, but more often than not, agents think that that's just the answer. You're better off just blocking out an hour a day, seven days a week, and working on the actual systems that you need. Database, social media, core systems and just adding value to the database, doing one post online, doing your 555 basic things that you can do that don't cost money.
