This YouTube excerpt discusses implementing and testing a six-month homebuyer email nurture campaign (buyer drip sequence) in real-estate lead platforms like Boomtown. The speaker describes a specific "six month homebuyer nurture campaign" document (authored by Frank), recommends loading it as a separate sequence in Boomtown to A/B test responsiveness, notes its intensive cadence (days 1,2,4,6), and emphasizes the value—and cost—of professionally written email copy for improving internet lead conversion.
I promise you this is so far from anything that you've ever been to. And now. All right, Scott asked a question. Do you use a six month nurturing buyer campaign in the Google Drive? If so, do you implement it into a Boomtown campaign? I'm just trying to get plans and best practices set up in Boomtown. Let me pull up my Boomtown here. For those of you that have any Legion platform, most of them have a, like Boomtown has a sharing library. So you can do the top 25 plans and see the important thing is to see how many people are on the plan and what, what success rate they've been getting. And then they score the plan, the plan over or the plan has a score. So Scott, for you, I would definitely check here first. I haven't been in here in a long time. But the plans, we still run the same exact drip plans that are in the drive. So if you go buyer lead conversion, this one here, the buyer email drip sequences we use. So this document here, it's called six month homebuyer nurture campaign. So Scott, before you were in real estate B school, I had Frank build out a six month email nurture sequence for the group. It's a smaller group at the time. I don't run this. I know there are people in the group that are running this, but I have not run this. I like this sequence because it's more personalized. It's more personal than some of the emails that I run. So if you look at and everything because you have Boomtown, you could test, test the response rate. I would load these into your Boomtown as a separate, a separate sequence. Use like one of, you know, maybe if you shift them to, I don't know, to nurture or to watch that this would trip. But I would test this. I would test, test the responsiveness of this campaign. But this was written by Frank, who's an excellent copywriter and copywriting is very expensive. So this is a 1, 2, 4, 6 days. It's pretty intense. You probably would use this to, for New Orleans qualify. The the challenge is, is that in Boomtown I think you could set it out up where you could have these as different continue like it wouldn't shut one off when you shifted it to another one. But these are good and I'm in the process of paying people to, to write email copy for me and it's very, very expensive. So this is a valuable document. I just haven't honestly gotten around to, to putting it in. And this year is the year of optimizing our Internet lead conversion. So we're going to be looking at, you know, stuff like this in addition to some other stuff that I'm having written for me. So hopefully that's helpful, Scott. So.
