What's up? Real estate B School, community. Lars Hedenborg here. And for anyone that's concerned, it's cool. I am driving and recording a video, but I am totally paying attention to the road and I just want to have a quick conversation with all of you. I just did a webinar on the 10 productivity strategies that I use to build a couple multi million dollar businesses. And I'm pretty sure we'll post a replay here in the community. But I want to spend a little bit of just talking about productivity and your relationship with time. The one thing I did early on in my real estate career, and this goes back 10 years, is to determine what my time was worth. Just draw a line in the sand and say that I wasn't willing to do anything. The number for me at the time was less than $250 an hour. There's so many jobs we do as real estate agents that aren't worth even like 20 or 30 bucks an let alone 100 or 200 or $500 an hour. It's one of the productivity strategies that I teach is just knowing what your time is worth and then reminding yourself of that continually that one thing super powerful. So anyway, make sure you sign up for the replay and there's nine other strategies that you need to make sure that you implement in your life in order to really see a different in how you approach just time. And my goal in that workshop, it really was almost a 90 minute workshop, was to help you really drastically re engineer your relationship with time. And it's an investment most of your waking hours and if you're in real estate, I mean it's like all of your waking hours are spent in the act of real estate, looking for business, servicing business buyers and sellers, showing homes, writing contracts, just a contract to close, appraisal issues, inspection issues, negotiating marketing, trying to get new business, branding yourself. I mean there's so much stuff that you guys get involved in and we've got to start to deconstruct all of that and make decisions on where you can spend your time and where you can spend your time in order to really achieve time and money freedom. That is what I stand for. That's what I coach to, that's what I train to. Whether or not you've ever been in real estate B school or will ever be in real estate B school, you're going to always hear me talk about productivity as being the real kind of the holy grail of unlocking your true potential and really living this life by design that you hear so often versus the life by default which is really it's the majority of our industry, I hate to say it, they're never going to achieve the types of freedom that I help real estate B school members achieve. So make sure you get in and look at that replay. It's going to be amazing. You will appreciate the time you spend on that and if you have any interest in having a conversation with us about your business, about where you want to go, if all of the videos and material that you consume here as part of our community, if it resonates with you and you want to learn more about how to take that next step and really building this leveraged business we talk about sustainable systems, empower people, profitable business, a business that has a life of its own. Make sure you take action and schedule a strategy session with us. So do that and make sure you watch the 10 productivity strategies that I use to build a couple multimillion dollar businesses and how you can employ them in your life pretty much immediately. So much love to all of you, my loyal fans and friends and just appreciate you for your encourage and just really just honoring this journey that you're on and respecting the struggle that all of you are going for and I respect you for it.
