REAL ESTATE B-SCHOOL HIGHLIGHT: Guarantee Your Success with This Weekly Accountability Tracker

A walkthrough of a weekly accountability form for real estate teams. Track your top 10 wins, prospecting metrics, marketing projects, recruiting activity, and cash flow to stay focused on growth and personal goals.
Everyone has access here to this business blueprints, business blueprint tools and I added a B. School weekly accountability. So this form, it's a form basically I suggest you put a reminder in your Google calendar to have you fill out this form once per week. Um, but let me just go through this form here so you can kind of see the things that I think are important and the focus that you should give on the different areas of your business. So big thing, if you're consulting client of mine, you know that we start every call with a positive focus and for the purposes of this weekly accountability you're going to do this on a weekly basis. So list your top 10 wins for the week. This could be personal or professional and again only you are going to see this, to see this information. So yeah, so I wouldn't, I wouldn't. You can get as personal as you want here. You know, if a lot of people have relationships that they're working on or marriages or children or you know, just personal issues that they're working with and if you have wins there, include them here as well. The next thing that we focus on and we want to be accountable to is our sales activities. So laser focused hours spent prospecting or lead follow up activities on the listing side, appointment set listings taken under contract, sold, same thing on the buyer side. Any challenges or concerns or questions that you're having in sales marketing activities, we're going to go through a lot of different marketing, sort of quote unquote projects that you could be working on but you can't bite them all off at the same time. So you're going to be focused on, you know, two, maybe three marketing projects at a time and then any challenges, concerns or questions you're having, their recruiting activities for many of you on the team, if there's, there should be a focus on recruiting and so we'll talk about recruiting activities. Describe all of your recruiting lead gen activities and we'll cover, we'll go in deep on recruiting so you'll know what to do if you need to recruit. But then you'll talk about, you'll input here the number of meaningful conversations with recruits this week, number of face to face meetings with recruits and any challenges, concerns or questions and then systems implementation. It's kind of the order of these are typically the most important sales marketing brings in the leads recruiting, you know, you get leveraged through people and then you'll be working on two or three sort of systems projects at a time and then you always want to be checking in on your cash flow. So that's a weekly activity. I do it, my systems update me automatically now on our cash situation. You know, cash we have in the bank versus our expenses for 90 days and our cash flow incoming for 90 days. And I have an automatic solution for that. But update, update on cash flow situation. So you want to know where you are in a growing business that's, you know, fast paced growing business, cash will disappear very quickly and it's sort of normal, it should be expected. So you want to look at your 30, 60, 90 day versus outgoing expenses and then any personal wins for the week. So the entire purpose of building out a real real estate business, in my opinion, it's to serve one purpose is to give you an incredible life outside of real estate, to put a lot of money in the bank, systematically put cash in the bank and focus on things that matter, family, friends, faith, and ultimately taking care of yourself. So give an update of your top five personal goals for the quarter. So that's made available to you. It's in your Google Drive now. So you can, I would commit to filling that out weekly and keeping yourself on track.
