Scale Your Sales and Your Freedom — Agent Freedom OS Explained

All right, we are live up in here. All right, let's get a couple. I can see you. I can hear you. I'm fired up in the chat. If you can be so brave. My mic is on. Jenny Mac. I see you. All right, let me get a couple more. We'll give it a couple seconds here. Since I went live a couple minutes late. All right, Jim's in the house. I can see you. Hopefully that means you can hear me, so we should be good to go. All right, what is up, Drew? Let's get the party started up in here. Let me make sure we're recording. All right, let's go, let's go. All right, all right. Let's get the party started here. So welcome, everyone. This is scale, your sales and your freedom agent Freedom Os explained. And I, I gotta say, today isn't just about selling more homes at all costs. We definitely are going to teach you how to add a minimum of two to three closings per month, regardless of where you are in your journey. But today is just as much about building a business that actually gives you freedom. And I'm talking freedom of time, freedom of money, and then ultimately, and most importantly, the freedom to achieve in the areas of life that matters most to you, which is freedom of impact. So, like I said, you're in the right place today. If you're running a solo agent, sort of traditional agent business, you know, adding two to three deals per month within three to six months, we'll definitely get into what that looks like. If you're a team leader and your agents are struggling or you're still in production and you're struggling to keep it all together, we definitely have some good stuff for you as well. And if you are a broker, owner, God bless you. You're likely struggling to get your agents productive, and we'll have some good stuff for you as well. And this training today is about systems and leverage that lead to time and money freedom, the platform ultimately that you're running your business on. So gotta say, this is not a pitch fest type webinar. You can relax. I will ask you to think big about your business, but there's no coaching to buy, there's no leads to pay for. And ultimately, I'm going to ask you to evaluate whether this model deserves a deeper conversation. That is the only ask that I have of you today. So my journey, real quick, just you have a little bit of backdrop. I sold 27 homes in my first 10 months in the business. 44 my first full year, eventually scaled to 453 sides. Just a handful of years later, I had a team of 10 agents really dialed in my systems. I was working one day per week that year I took home $1.2 million. Two worry I made all the mistakes you could possibly make in business. But ultimately 5,000 plus families served in my real estate sales journey. Then in 2013, I started helping other agents install the same systems in their businesses. That was real estate B School. Over 3,000 agents have been through my paid coaching programs. All that to say is that I have not only have I sort of made all the mistakes, but everything you're going to see today is proven and battle tested and it's available 100% for free when you partner with us. So the goal today is twofold. First is to understand why the traditional real estate model is broken and then to explore the system that fixes that permanently. And we call that system Agent Freedom os. So I want to take you through an exercise. This is important. Your business runs on a platform and I want to see how strong your platform that you've placed your business on actually is. So this is a simple one one to five rating system. Do not overthink. This one is it is not good, it's really bad. Five is it's awesome. So number one, do you have margin, presence and a life that you actually enjoy? So number one is freedom and quality of life. Forget GCI and money for a second. This is just the peace that you enjoy on the daily. How do your days actually Feel? Scale of 1 to 5? Number two, predictable production. So do you have a documented repeatable system that generates and converts business? If I looked at your business, would I see a lead generation and conversion machine or a like you're just running hope, quote unhope, quote unquote hope marketing. So do you have a lead generation and conversion machine or just hope marketing? Number three is the effectiveness of your platform. So does your brokerage. That's what I'm talking about when I say platform. Does your brokerage actually help you close more deals? Not just logins or ideas, but actual closings? Number four is agent collaboration. So are the top producing agents in your brokerage openly sharing the stuff that's working for them? So is it truly collaborative or is it just quietly competitive? Number five is leveraged income and an exit plan. So scale of 1 to 5, is there a real plan to build income beyond production at your brokerage? So if you stop selling for six months, let's say what would happen to your the money side of your life then? Number six clarity and accountability. Do you operate from a three year vision, a one year plan, 90 day focus? You know what you're doing weekly and daily to achieve the goals that you've set in your business and in your life, or are you just in reaction mode, day to day, week to week and just kind of take everything as it's coming to you? All right, so what does your score reveal? So here's the thing. If you rated yourself, you know, ones and twos, it does not equal personal failure. So low scores are simply a platform problem. And this is why working harder doesn't fix it. The industry is designed to only teach you production. So there's no roadmap for building leverage, residual income or long term wealth. And that's why most real estate agents, and this goes for real estate agents, team leaders, and even broker owners, they can spend decades working harder, but never achieve any freedom whatsoever. And most agents, you know, you've heard the, the term transaction treadmill. Most agents are stuck and will forever be stuck on the transaction treadmill. So if your income stops when you stop, that's not a business. And the good thing is, is that there is a path to freedom. And so the trap is pretty clear. The traditional model keeps you busy, but not free. The solution isn't to grind harder, it's to operate differently. Freedom is not a matter of effort effort. It's a matter of systems. Systems that create predictable income, leverage and time freedom. And that's exactly what we built inside Agent Freedom os. And this is where everything changes. So Agent Freedom os, this is the operating system. It's a framework for real estate professionals. So it's built for solo agents, it's built for team leaders and broker owners. And it's made up of three integrated parts. Parts. So number one is production. Os. OS stands for operating system. This is going to help you not only grow your real estate sales, but do it sustainably without paid leads, without cold calling, without door knocking, without expensive, expensive referral fees. Attraction OS that helps you multiply that income through leverage. And I'm going to dive deeper on each of these three. And then we've got Freedom OS or Freedom Operating System. This is going to help you stay focused, disciplined and fulfilled along the way. Ultimately, we want fulfillment in your business and in your everyday life. And together, these three underlying systems create a predictable path to absolute time and money freedom. So here's the formula. And this has taken me every bit of what, 2006? So almost 20 years to figure out that production plus attraction equals freedom. This is the Formula that changes everything for those that have an open mind to really explore it. Production creates consistent income. This is the base. I know you guys need this. I will teach you exactly how we get you there. Attraction creates leveraged income. And that's your real wealth builder. And then freedom is the peace of mind you'll have living your life without regrets. And when you combine them under one system, your business stops depending on your daily hustle and starts serving your life. And that's what this is all about. Freedom. This is the new opportunity. And if you partner with us, you'll get everything you need to not only only grow your sales scales, sales, but to scale your wealth and live a life of freedom and everything. And I'll go through it. Is swipe and deploy ready to go. There's no guesswork or trial and error. So let's begin with the first part of the framework. This is production os. We're growing without the grind. And this is the foundation of everything we teach. And this will give you like broken down to the weekly and daily things you need to do to grow your income predictably and sustainably. And the goal here, and this is if you're a solo agent or if you're a team leader and you have agents in your world or your broker owner, the goal is to help you or your agents add two to three deals per month without paid leads or cold calling or referral fees at closing. And you can do this typically, and we've had, you know, folks do this in as little as two to three months, but upwards of four, five, six months depending on how quick you can install these systems in your business. And I'm, I'm not going to say this enough that this isn't a lead gen system where you're paying money for leads and these low quality leads that are prevalent in the industry, this is organic attraction based marketing that will teach you. And the focus of production OS is to challenge you to start thinking less like a real estate agent and more like a business builder. Ultimately, systems are the leverage that you're lacking. If you're not, if you haven't delinked the time you're investing in your business to the money that you're taking out. And I'll say this, it's not a get rich quick or magic bullet, but this approach 100% works not only now, but definitely going into the future with more tech, more AI that's going to bombard our industry. And like I said, we want to generate organic inbound leads that allow for sustainable growth. And this where agents never make this shift. Ultimately, when you look at the world of people in your market or who can help you grow your business, there are people that you don't know and people that you know. And if you build a systems based inbound marketing engine in your business, that's the real opportunity here. The goal is to get more people to like quote unquote know you and to add value to those people so they fuel the future growth of your business. So these two core systems in and of themselves can generate multiple deals each per month. It's our database Touch Blueprint and our Brand Authority Builder. This will become the foundation of your lead generation systems. And we use the other lead generation levers on the left hand side here to drive organic leads that you so that you never have to worry about where the next deal is coming from. We've been doing this for a very long time. We have members that are generating hundreds of homes or closings per year just using the database Touch Blueprint. And the Brand Authority Builder had a member text me a couple weeks ago. They just passed 10 million in GCI. So 900 closings through the end of the November. And 60% of it was generated by these two core systems. They just didn't change it over the years. So this stuff really does work. And this was formerly known as the million dollar agent method. So I would charge $10,000 for 90 days access to million dollar agent method, then $1800 a month. We don't do any paid coaching anymore. This is 100% free, so make sure you know that. But once you build out pillar one, which is your inbound lead generation system, which we focus on the other other pillars. So there's your appointment setting process, These are your text and email nurture sequences. 90% of folks you know, you generate a lead, they're not ready to go in your timeframe, which is like right now, let's go buy a house or get your house listed. So we need to have the appointment setting process, your consultation frameworks swipe and deploy. So even if it's a colder lead, like not your inner circle sphere of influence, you can convert those into happy clients at your commission rate with admin fees included. Then the big opportunity for a lot of us is to get out of client care, but to systemize it so that every client turns into one to two additional closings just because of the repeatable processes that you put in. So the goal here is that you can absolutely scale your business based on these systems. And in practice, you know, once You've installed these lead gen systems inbound organic leads are being generated consistently using our attraction based marketing methods. You've got those nurture sequences that handle the 90% of buyer and seller leads who aren't ready. And those lead nurture systems then serve up qualified prospects that are pre sold on working with you. When the time is right, you then use our proven consultation frameworks. Again, these are like Canva templates. Everything is ready to go. List, pre list packets, listing packets, buyer packets, all the presentations, all that's going to help you maximize conversions. And then once they're your clients, our client care compound effect, that's going to help you drive referrals without having to beg for them. And then to top it all off, you'll have an entire tech and marketing stack doing all the heavy lifting for you and keeping you organized and on track. And this is good for every stage of growth to get to a million GCI per year. And then we have members that have done a whole lot more than that. But to get through that hundred thousand dollar GCI annual mark, we call that the survive stage into the hustle stage, which gets you up to 250,000 GCI, then 500,000 GCI, we call that ramp. And then the build stage is getting from 500,000 GCI to a million GCI. Cool thing here is that the more homes you sell using these systems, the more time you have back in terms of just freedom of time and the less stressed that you are. Because we build it with sustainability in mind. So when your lead generation and conversion systems are systemized, your business will stop feeling chaotic and you'll finally be able to plan your income and also your time off and live a life less out of chaos, but more in confidence. And that's why the core part of what we teach is this million dollar agent method or production os. And it's the foundation of everything else. And it'll give you peace of mind and consistency to be able to focus on the next operating system. And again to reiterate, all this is free when we partner together. So you've got the production OS nailed. Your income is now predictable. The real freedom comes when you stop trading time for money and start building income that continues whether or not you sell any homes. And that's where attraction OS comes into play. This is the wealth building engine of agent freedom os. And this is not about recruiting, right, it's about helping agents win. And you have maximum leverage using our systems to do that. Agents are struggling right now and they need help. Sadly, Their brokers and even their team leaders are not equipped to give it to them. When you share the same tools and systems that you're using and the community that we built, you use them in your own business to help you grow. That's going to add leverage. And ultimately you can share all of this with agents that are in, in your, in your network. And most successful agents, and again, teams and broker owners, they make a critical mistake. They build a job instead of an asset. So, so attraction OS is about building that wealth asset, and this is a willable asset. So when you stop working in the traditional model, everything stops. And that's prison. That's not freedom. Attraction OS flips that equation by letting you create income that continues while you're helping clients, or if you're on vacation or if you're asleep. And here's the coolest part. When you bring an agent into our world and it's Agent Freedom Collective, we coach them through production OS and help them build out the lead generation leverage so that they can grow their sales. You don't have to train or manage the agents that you bring on, so there's not a heavy lift on your part. We do all of that for you and they get everything we've covered 100% free as well. They will win big and you get rewarded every time they close a deal. That is true leverage. And here's the reality of why Attraction OS is something that we all need to consider. And this was part of my aha moment when I really studied this model. And this is the simple truth about wealth creation has nothing to do with the way we can generate it on this platform. I learned this from Tony Robbins at Wealth Mastery in Fiji. Financial freedom, it's defined when you can live off of the interest income from your investment capital. So you have a certain amount of money that's invested and you could live off the interest income. So here's the equation. Spend less than you make. Invest the difference until you have enough investment capital to live off the interest. Here's the thing, it takes $3 million invested to earn $10,000 per month and $6 million to earn $20,000 per month. Let that sink in for a second. So this is a brutal truth for some of us. If your I'm done number is 6 million, let's say the $20,000 per month, and you have saved nothing so far. You've got a delta of 6 million. And let's say you're saving 250,000 per year, which is $20,000 going into savings it's still going to take you 24 years, right? 6 million for 24 years to save the difference. If your I'm done number was 10,000, that's 3 million. 3 million of investment capital using the 4% rule. That's going to take you 12 years to save that money. And so you have to be honest with yourself in terms of where you are at this point in your journey. And this was not only realizing, you know, that there is no pot of gold at the end of the production rainbow. A lot of agents are just in this fairytale sort of world just thinking it's all going to work out. But the reality is that most agents will never be able to exit this industry gracefully under the traditional model. And the agent attraction revenue share opportunity that we can plug into with the leverage that Agent Freedom Collective provides is, is something that you really want to slow down and consider. There's no requirement to do it if we partner together, but you want to consider what it could look like. And if all you do is bring 12 agents into exp and you know, and that could take you two or three years, doesn't really matter. But they will bring some agents over. Let's say they bring three agents over on average each of them. And let's say those agents bring even worse, 1.5 agents on average with them. And then it gets worse from there. You will build out a multiple five figure monthly residual income stream just by doing that simple plan. And that's a net worth equivalent of $6 million. And chances are you already know these agents. So your influence becomes your asset and production funds your lifestyle today. But attraction builds true wealth for tomorrow. So the question becomes based on where you are today, how confident are you in terms of where you're going? Is it more likely that you'll save 3 million or 6 million over the next 10, 20 plus years? Or is it more likely that you can attract 10 to 15 agents into Agent Freedom Collective over the next two to three years? And so the first two systems, production OS and attraction OS give you income today income and then future wealth. But true freedom requires one more thing. It's mastery over your time, focus and mindset. So I'm already stacked. My calendar's already stacked. I've got a wife or a husband, I've got kids, I've got dogs, I'm trying to sell homes. We have to help you carve out time and be able to focus and have the right mindset to be able to be able to focus on these two operating systems. And that's where the third part of aging Freedom OS comes in. And it's called Freedom os. And this is about creating the structure that allows freedom to flourish. It's the framework for how you think, plan and execute. Because if you don't control your schedule, your business will. Inside of Freedom OS when we partner together, you'll learn how to build your days, weeks and quarters around what truly matters. Business growth and life alignment. And Freedom OS centers around a simple tool called the Agent Freedom Dashboard. We literally break down your goals into daily actions inside of 90 day cycles. So you always know where to focus. There's no guesswork, there's no chaos, just measurable progress and clear structure. And in order to be able to win at work and at home, you have to deploy proven tactics and strategies around productivity, time management and mindset. There's no way around it. We don't do this only in your business, but also in the areas of life that matter. These are your relationships, your faith walk, your physical body. I love this simple quote by Tony Robbins Robbins. Knowledge is only potential power. So freedom isn't achieved through motivation. That's sometimes that's part of it. It's achieved through implementation. And Freedom OS helps you translate what you learn into what you do consistently every single week. So let's talk about the platform that makes this possible. I've been mentioning Agent Freedom Collective powered by exp Realty. That's what provides the systems, the tools in the community to help agents grow, but to do it with margin, sort of unified by a mission and this backdrop of being able to to multiply. And Agent Freedom Collective exists to help agents not only grow their sales but help them build residual income to allow for a graceful exit from real estate when the time comes and when you partner with us. You know production OS, formerly million dollar agent method, that was a $10,000 90 day program, then $1800 per month attraction OS. It's a complete system built out, ready to swipe and deploy, massive wealth builder and leverage engine. And then we talked about Freedom os. It's the productivity mindset, your weekly daily cadence to make all this happen. You'll have weekly live coaching by me directly. You'll become part of an agent community of like minded agents looking to build out systems in their business that provide for freedom. 2500 plus agents strong on our way to 10,000 plus agents over the next five years or so. All of the systems templates, tools are swipe and deploy. And as I've mentioned a couple times, all of this is free. When you Partner with us and EXP is the the foundation. When I talk about a platform, EXP is the platform that makes this possible. It's a cloud based, agent owned platform designed for leverage, maximum leverage and collaboration. And it's got all the world tech, world class tech training, wealth building opportunities. But here's the cool thing. There's none of the overhead or politics of traditional brokerages. So our founder Glenn Sanford, he flipped the traditional model on its head. He got rid of all the overhead and the layers and politics of the traditional model and created a platform where we are all owners in the company and the entire brokerage is built for our benefit. So whether that's lead generation, our tech and marketing stack, the training inside EXP University. I participate in our healthcare program at a fraction of the cost that I used to pay for better coverage. We've got stock awards, I talk about revenue share and then the collaboration inside the company. Now there is way too much to dig into here, but the value stack, if you were to align this with the current platform or brokerage that you're on, it is not even a comparison. And if you even take one of our examples of agent collaboration, the 10 or 11 best agents around AI in our entire company have come together to teach what we're calling an AI agent accelerator. So is your brokerage another question, actually putting the best agent forward to literally give you the playbooks around AI to add closings to your business. And so as we kind of wind this down and finish up here today, I'm going to leave you with this, this thought. So I've seen a lot in this industry. I've done a lot, I've made all the mistakes, I've done a lot of things right. I truly believe that the fastest way to grow and scale your real estate business and achieve time and money freedom is to partner with Agent Freedom Collective powered by EXP Realty. And the coolest part of it is that you can do it without ever paying for coaching, training or technology ever again. And the mission is pretty clear. It's to help you not only grow and scale your business and life, I'm all about freedom and time and money freedom, when you truly achieve it, is something that is about the coolest thing ever. So we're going to get to work on that. And we help you build out production os and then attraction os if you're interested, and then freedom os. But ultimately what I want most for all of you is to live your life with meaning, purpose and impact. There's way more to life than Just real estate, right? And a lot of times we get just sucked into this never ending time suck and stress inducer that is real estate. So in a simple sentence, the mission here of the work we do inside Agent Freedom Collective, powered by EXP is we're just helping agents build enduring wealth through not only increased production, but leveraged income through agent attraction and ultimately creating true time and money freedom so they can focus on on the areas of life that truly matter. So if you want to go further, faster, definitely take the next step and study this with the person that invited you here. We're looking for a particular kind of agent. You know, if you're running and gunning and you're feeling underpaid, overworked, overwhelmed, and you're ready to scale your business, so you know there's more in you, but you don't want to give up your personal life and keep the things that matter most first in your life. You have the capacity to add transactions, you know, so you're a solo traditional agent. You can add two to three transactions per month. We'll show you exactly how. If you're a team leader and you've got agents on your team that, you know, maybe you're paying for leads, but you're not teaching them how to, you know, add attraction based marketing methods, we can help your agents there. And if you're a broker, owner. This is stupid. Plug and play. Here's the thing though, I do think you need to be willing to challenge the status quo quo in the real estate industry. Seeking freedom inside our industry isn't the norm. So if you're ready to start building wealth with our help, I do believe this opportunity is for you and I think we'll crush it together. So the goal is simple, to help you make more money, experience more freedom, so that you can have more impact in the areas of life that truly matter. And while you might not see it now, this sort of clear path to growth that I've described, it will become clear once we partner together and get to work. Because having done this for a very long time, mostly, you know, I've only been with exp for five years now, I say only, but, you know, 13 or so years helping agents in a paid coaching capacity and then my own journey of 5,000 plus families served, I do see the path clearly for you and I will help you get there. So not only is growth possible, but it's predictable when you follow a proven system. So I do believe there's a choice to make. You can keep going down this, this road and doing what you're doing. If you're not happy where you are or you don't have a clear plan on how to achieve time and money freedom, I think you have to make a different choice and take an exit here. And I do believe that this one decision can change your entire trajectory. So that's all I've got. And I do congratulate you for taking a little bit of time here to investigate what it would look like to partner with Agent Freedom Collective. Powered by EXP Realty. I encourage you to reach back out to the person that invited you here. If it was me, you probably have my cell phone. Just send me a text and say, let's jump on a call and dig in a little bit. And the person that you invited, if it's not me, text them and say, let's talk. I want to dig deeper. No one is going to, quote, unquote, recruit you into exp. The goal here is just to help you see this platform for. For what it is and to get clear on what we're doing inside of Agent Freedom Collective, which is unbelievably powerful. So much love, much respect. We'll talk to you guys soon. All right, so if you're on here live, I just wanted to get that sort of, like, out there and recorded so we can process it for the replay. Any questions or comments? I'm gonna hang out here for just a minute. If you don't have any questions or comment, that's totally cool as well. I'm gonna take a sip of the most delicious coffee ever. I think I've described it on this call earlier. You are welcome, brother Jim, any other questions? I can't actually see who's here, so unless you. Unless you comment. Yeah, so here's the cool thing. The link that you used to join this live is the same link that the replay will post to. So use this same link. So if you have someone that's looking at. At this model, you could send out this link. I don't know how long it takes. Probably a couple hours. Just check it. But it'll process automatically and it'll be available. You guys are all awesome. I just get goosebumps when you guys are here and. And showing up, showing out. Jessica, text me. I've got an idea for you. Just text me and say, what's your idea, Lars? All right, if that is it, I will let you guys get after it. So much love and respect for being in this industry and fighting the good fight, and let's have fun and build something amazing together. We'll talk to you guys soon. Be good. Bye.
