Scale Your Sales and Your Freedom — Agent Freedom OS Explained

Welcome everyone. This is Scale youl Sales and your Freedom Agent Freedom OS explained. And I gotta say, today isn't just about selling more homes at all costs. We definitely are going to teach you how to add a minimum of two to three closings per month regardless of where you are in your journey. But today is just as much about building a business that actually gives you freedom and, and I'm talking freedom of time, freedom of money, and then ultimately and most importantly, the freedom to achieve in the areas of life that matter most to you, which is freedom of impact. So like I said, you're in the right place today. If you're running a solo agent or traditional agent business, adding two to three deals per month within three to six months, we'll definitely get into what that looks like. If you're a team leader and your agents are struggling or you're still in production and you're struggling to keep it all together, we definitely have some good stuff for you as well. And if you are a broker owner, God bless you. You're likely struggling to get your agents productive and we'll have some good stuff for you as well. And this training today is about systems and leverage that lead to time and money freedom, the platform ultimately that you're running your business on. So gotta say, this is not a pitch fest type webinar. You can relax. I will ask you to think big about your business, but there's no coaching to buy, there's no leads to pay for. And ultimately I'm going to ask you to evaluate whether this model deserves a deeper conversation. That is the only ask that I have of you today. So my journey real quick, just so you have a little bit of backdrop. I sold 27 homes in my first 10 months in the business. 44 my first full year. Eventually scaled to 453 sides. Just a handful of years later, I had a team of 10 agents really dialed in my systems. I was working one day per week that year I took home $1.2 million. Don't worry, I made all the mistakes you could possibly make in business. But ultimately 5,000 plus families served in my real estate sales journey. Then in 2013, I started helping other agents install the same systems in their businesses. That was real estate B School. Over 3,000 agents have been through my paid coaching programs. All that to say is that I have not only have I sort of made all the mistakes, but everything you're going to see today is proven and battle tested and it's available 100% for free when you partner with us. So the goal today is twofold. First is to understand why the traditional real estate model is broken and then to explore the system that fixes that permanently. And we call that system Agent Freedom. Os. So want to take you through an exercise. This is important. Your business runs on a platform and I want to see how strong your platform that you've placed your business on actually is. So this is a simple one to five rating system. Do not overthink. This one is, it is not good, it's really bad. Five is, it's awesome. So number one, do you have margin, presence and a life that you actually enjoy? So number one is freedom and quality of life. Forget GCI and money for a second. This is just the piece that you enjoy on the daily. How do your days actually Feel? Scale of 1 to 5? Number two, predictable production. So do you have a documented repeatable system that generates and converts business? If I looked at your business, would I see a lead generation and conversion machine or a like you're just running hope, quote unhope, quote unquote hope marketing. So do you have a lead generation and conversion machine or just hope marketing? Number three is the effectiveness of your platform. So does your brokerage. That's what I'm talking about when I say platform. Does your brokerage actually help you close more deals? Not just logins or ideas, but actual closings? Number four is agent collaboration. So are the top producing agents in your brokerage openly sharing the stuff that's working for them? So is it truly collaborative or is it just quietly competitive? Number five is leverage income and an exit plan. So scale of 1 to 5, is there a real plan to build income beyond production at your brokerage? So if you stop selling for six months, let's say what would happen to your, the money side of your life then? Number six, clarity and accountability. Do you operate from a three year vision, a one year plan, 90 day focus? You know what you're doing weekly and daily to achieve the goals that you've set in your business and in your life or are you just in reaction mode day to day, week to week and just kind of take everything as it's coming to you? All right, so what does your score reveal? So here's the thing. If you rated yourself, you know, ones and twos, it does not equal personal failure. So low scores are simply a platform problem. And this is why working harder doesn't fix it. The industry is designed to only teach you production. So there's no roadmap for building leverage, residual income or long term wealth. And that's why most real estate agents, and this goes for real estate agents, team leaders, and even broker owners. They can spend decades working harder, but never achieve any freedom whatsoever. And most agents, you know, you've heard the term transaction treadmill. Most agents are stuck and will forever be stuck on the transaction. Transaction treadmill. So if your income stops when you stop, that's not a business. And the good thing is, is that there is a path to freedom. And so the trap is pretty clear. The traditional model keeps you busy, but not free. The solution isn't to grind harder. It's to operate differently. Freedom is not a matter of effort. It's a matter of systems. Systems that create predictable income, leverage and time freedom. And that's exactly what we built inside Agent Freedom os. And this is where everything changes. This is the formula that changes everything for those that have an open mind to really explore it. Production creates consistent income. This is the base of. I know you guys need this. I will teach you exactly how we get you there. Attraction creates leveraged income. And that's your real wealth builder. And then freedom is the peace of mind you'll have living your life without regrets. And when you combine them under one system, your business stops depending on your daily hustle and starts serving your life. And that's what this is all about. Freedom. This is the new opportunity. And you could do this typically, and we've had, you know, folks do this in as little as two to three months, but upwards of four, five, six months depending on how quick you can install these systems in your business. And I'm, I'm not going to say this enough that this isn't a lead gen system where you're paying money for leads and these low quality leads that are prevalent in the industry. This is organic attraction based marketing that will teach you. And the focus of production OS is to challenge you to start thinking less like a real estate agent and more like a business builder. Ultimately, systems are the leverage that you're lacking if you're not, if you haven't delinked the time you're investing in your business to the money that you're taking out. And I'll say this, it's not a get rich quick or magic bullet, but this approach 100% works not only now, but definitely going into the future with more tech, more AI that's going to bombard our industry. And like I said, we want to generate organic inbound leads that allow for sustainable growth. And this where agents never make this shift. Ultimately, when you look at the world of people in your market or who can help you grow your business, there are people that you don't know and people that you know. And if you build a systems based inbound marketing engine in your business, that's the real opportunity here. The goal is to get more people to like quote, unquote, know you and to add value to those people so they fuel the future growth of your business. So these two core systems in and of themselves can generate multiple deals each per month. It's our database touch blueprint and, and our brand authority builder. This will become the foundation of your lead generation systems. And we use the other lead generation levers on the left hand side here to Drive organic leads so that you never have to worry about where the next deal's coming from. We've been doing this for a very long time. We have members that are generating hundreds of homes or closings per year just using the database touch blueprint. And the Brand Authority builder had a member text me a couple weeks ago. They just passed 10 million in GCI. So 900 closings through the end of November and 60% of it was generated by these two core systems. They just didn't change it over the years. So this stuff really does work. And this was formerly known as the million dollar agent method. So I would charge $10,000 for 90 days access to million dollar agent method, then $1,800 a month with. We don't do any paid coaching anymore. This is 100% free, so make sure you know that. But once you build out pillar one, which is your inbound lead generation system, we focus on the other pillars. So there's your appointment setting process. These are your text and email nurture sequences. 90% of folks you know you generate a lead, they're not ready to go in your timeframe, which is like right now, let's go buy a house or get your house listed. So we need to have the appointment setting process. Your consultation frameworks swipe and deploy. So even if it's a colder lead, like not your inner circle sphere of influence, you can convert those into happy clients at your commission rate with admin fees included. Then the big opportunity for a lot of us is to get out of client care, but to systemize it so that every client turns into one to two additional closings just because of the repeatable processes that you put in. So the goal here is that you can absolutely scale your business based on these systems. And in practice, you know, once you've installed these lead gen systems, inbound organic leads are being generated consistently using our attraction based marketing methods. You've got those nurture sequences that handle the 90% of buyer and seller leads who aren't ready. And those lead nurture systems then serve up qualified prospects that are pre sold on working with you. When the time is right, you then use our proven consultation frameworks. Again, these are like Canva templates. Everything is ready to go. List pre list packets, listing packets, buyer packets, all the presentations, all that's going to help you maximize conversions. And then once they're your clients, our client care compound effect that's going to help you drive referrals without having to beg for them. And then to top it all off, you'll have an entire tech and marketing stack doing all the heavy lifting for you and keeping you organized and on track. And this is good for every stage of growth to get to a million GCI per year. And then we have members that have done a whole lot more than that. But to get through that hundred thousand dollar GCI annual mark, we call that the survive stage into the hustle stage which gets you up to 250,000 GCI, then 500,000 GCI we call that ramp. And then the build stage is getting from 500,000 GCI to a million GCI. Cool thing here is that the more homes you sell using these system, the more time you have back in terms of just freedom of time and the less stressed that you are because we build it with sustainability in mind. So when your lead generation and conversion systems are systemized, your business will stop feeling chaotic and you'll finally be able to plan your income and also your time off and live a life less out of chaos, but more in confidence. And that's why the core part of what we teach is this million dollar agent method or production os. And it's the foundation of everything else. And it'll give you peace of mind and consistency to be able to focus on the next operating system. And again, to reiterate, all this is free when we partner together. I learned this from Tony Robbins at Wealth Mastery in Fiji. Financial freedom. It's defined when you can live off of the interest income from your investment capital. So you have a certain amount of money that's invested and you could live off the interest income. So here's the equation. Spend less than you make. Invest the difference until you have enough investment capital to live off the interest. Here's the thing, it takes $3 million invested to earn $10,000 per month and $6 million to earn $20,000 per month. Let that sink in for a second. So this is a brutal truth for some of us. If your I'm done number is 6 million, let's say the $20,000 per month, and you have saved nothing so far, you've got a delta of 6 million. And let's say you're saving 250,000 per year, which is $20,000 going into savings. It's still going to take you 24 years, right? 6 million, 4. 24 years to save the difference. If your I'm done number was 10,000, that's 3 million, 3 million of investment capital. Using the 4% rule. That's going to take you 12 years to save that money. And so you have to be honest with yourself in terms of where you are at this point in your journey. And this was not only realizing that there is no pot of gold at the end of the production rainbow. A lot of agents are just in this fairytale sort of world just thinking it's all going to work out. But the reality is that most agents will never be able to exit this industry gracefully under the traditional model. And the agent attraction, revenue share opportunity that we can plug into with the leverage that Agent Freedom Collective provides is, is something that you really want to slow down and consider. There's no requirement to do it if we partner together, but you want to consider what it could look like. And if all you do is bring 12 agents into exp and you know, and that could take you two or three years, doesn't really matter. But they will bring some agents over. Let's say they bring three agents over on average, each of them. And let's say those agents bring even worse 1.5 agents on average with them. And then it gets worse from there. You will build out a multiple five figure monthly residual income stream just by doing that simple plan. And that's a net worth equivalent of $6 million. And chances are you already know these agents. So your influence becomes your asset. And production funds your lifestyle today. But attraction builds true wealth for tomorrow. So the question becomes, based on where you are today, how confident are you in terms of where you're going? Is it more likely that you'll save 3 million or 6 million over the next 10, 20 plus years? Or is it more likely that you can attract 10 to 15 agents into Agent Freedom Collective over the next two to three years?
