Social Media Isn’t Working for You? Here’s Why (And How to Fix It)

A client paid a marketing firm $2,500 a month for nine months and got two closings. Meanwhile, simple phone-shot videos praising local businesses outperformed everything the firm did. Your best content comes from you, not an agency.
Putting up a high quality personal post every day on social media is something that you don't want to delegate. I have a guy, he's spending $2,500 a month, a month with a marketing firm that is doing all of his social media and they're doing all of his videos for him. And he's been with them for nine months. And he can attribute two closings from it. His average commission check is 10 grand. Anybody do the math on nine times 2500? It's 22,500. He spent $22,000 to generate $20,000 of income. We have members literally holding up their phone in front of a business that they love. Like I love clean juice. Like if you guys haven't been, we have one that new opened up in our market. They've got like this buy one, get one free or whatever. A video like that with no tech live on Facebook does better than paying someone $2,500 a month. So it's just the consistency of committing to do it. So a lot of times we would just want to throw money at something and that's not where the win, the ultimate win is. It's just in the consistency of it. Open houses is another good example. If you go into the drive, the resources you have access to, probably 90% of your ultimate open house process is already in there. You're just cutting and copying and reformatting and making it your own.
