Stop Begging!! Do THIS at EVERY Listing Appointment Instead #RealEstate #Shorts 🔥🔥

Real estate agents should stop asking for referrals and instead make a "performance promise" at listing appointments: deliver a Ritz-Carlton level experience, then measure success by whether the seller refers someone before closing.
Social proof system is the exact system that you're using to make sure that what is said about you online is what you want to be said. You actually have a system around getting social proof and you're getting business from what's being said about you. And so setting up your Google business profile the right way and whatnot, you've got to have systems built out in your business and that does the heavy lifting. Everything has to be set up as a system, meaning that you have a specific way that you do everything, specific questions that you ask how we go about getting Google reviews. And I'm going to give you an actual script. Here's the backdrop to this though. This is in the sales process. Imagine you're, you sign a listing. This is the last thing you do on a listing. You've got the listing agreement signed, you've negotiated your commissions, a pricing strategy, all that good stuff. And hey, Mr. Mrs. Seller, before I let you guys go for the evening, we've got something called our performance promise where I our goal is to create an experience that you couldn't honestly imagine being any better. Everyone is going to be focused on around what we call this Ritz Carlton experience. Our systems, everything we do are designed on delivering on this promise. We make every effort to be in front of everything to prevent the surprises, make the process as hassle free as it can be. And that is our performance promise. In return, I need your help. Sometime between now and the day we close on your house, you will come into some kind of conversation with someone that needs help in real estate. If you don't send us a referral, I'm just going to assume I didn't do a great job and I didn't deliver on this promise.
