Stop SHOWING HOMES: How Real Estate Agents Can Make More by Doing LESS

Real estate agents waste time on low-value tasks like showings and marketing coordination. Delegate to staff or refer clients elsewhere so you can focus on revenue-generating work. If you won't hire someone to show homes, decline the client.
The first thing I delegated, I brought an admin on first. And there's a bunch of marketing coordination and, you know, listing coordination and closing coordination. All that stuff came off my plate. I think some of you could probably move toward definitely a transaction coordinator, but also a showing agent. You know, like, there are agents that are better showing agents than they are salespeople. And the reason you're not making the kind of money that you want to make is because you're doing a whole bunch of activities that aren't worth a lot of money. You do that for a long time, and you're just not going to be making a lot of money. Either you hire someone to look at all those houses with that person, or you just don't work with that client. I know that I know how to double down on things that make me a ridiculous amount of money. So you would only work with that person if you thought you couldn't do things to make more money. So you can either get them a showing agent, or you can refer them to another agent that has nothing to do and they're not building a business to make them a lot of money. I wouldn't personally work with them, but you can get them a great agent that's willing to spend all the time and all the gas and all that stuff.
