You need to match where, where your God given talents and skills are with where you are in the journey to building something. And you may have to put in the reps, do everything yourself, build a system around it and then delegate it. And start with all the admin stuff. First listing coordination, marketing coordination, closing coordination, all the running we do agents that are busy are, half the time they're in their car running personal or business errands. You know, getting a courier for a lot of top agents is a, is a monumental win. Our agents didn't leave the office so, so we had a showing agent. Our agents like came to the office and left when they went home at 5:30 or 6, in at 7:30, left at 5:30 or 6 and they didn't show homes. We tried to get sellers even to come to the office. Half the time they came to the office. So typically when you're in your car, you're not making the kind of money that you want to be making. And that goes for your agents on your team. Like a lot of agents, a lot of team leaders have no idea what their agents are doing. There's no tracking mechanisms in place, no dashboards or you know, there's no accountability whatsoever.
