The 12-Week Year for Realtors: Focusing on Priorities

Real estate agents can make big progress in 12 weeks by focusing on just 1-4 priorities instead of juggling everything. One example: clean your contacts database from 700 down to 400 and actually reach out to each person. Weekly check-ins keep you honest.
It's called the 12 week year. So essentially that the tagline is like, how to get more done in 12 weeks than most people get done in 12 months. And it's basically just focusing on a couple priorities or one priority for 12 weeks at a time to move the most important or the most flawed thing in your business forward. So it's probably going to be a refresher for some of the things you know you should be doing. It's like a super helpful user's guide to focusing on priorities. If all you did was four priorities a year, you'd be doing four for more than most businesses in or outside of real estate. You know, most agents are barely getting by. They're just like, I don't know how this business works or. And it's usually a smaller system than anyone wants to admit. All we're going to do this quarter is clean up the database. You know, like, literally we're going to go through the 700 in our apparently inner circle and we're going to chop it down to 400 and we're going to have contact with all of them. That would be a hard push for 12 weeks. But if you put it in 12 weeks, you'll get it done and it's an ugly frog that you'll actually move forward in your business. Am I actually working on the thing this week that I said I was going to work on for the quarter and the year and the three year vision?
