Top real estate agents focus on five daily activities: prospecting, client appointments, negotiating contracts, building systems, and lead follow-up. Systems are repeatable procedures like a 37-step listing workflow. Anything outside these core activities doesn't generate meaningful income.
P is prospecting and lead follow up. I bucket those together. New business development A are first time appointments with buyers and sellers to sign them as clients. N is negotiating that home under contract and S is building systems. Anything that's not those five things you're not making real money doing. What does build systems mean? It's anything that's repeated in your business on a regular basis. Yeah, so. So it's like every time I take a listing so we had it so dialed in on my team. If I was the taking a listing do you think I worried about anything post handing it to somebody? No, not a thing. Like I didn't care when it got on the market. I didn't care what the pictures looked like. I didn't care what the remarks were. There was somebody that did the 37 steps that have to happen from me getting an executed listing agreement to it being active on the market including scheduling the open house and getting one of our junior agents to hold the open house. So that's like a dialed in system.
