The $80/Hour Mistake Keeping Most Real Estate Agents Broke

Real estate agents lose $80 an hour when they do admin work they could pay someone $20 to handle. Most licensed agents sell zero homes yearly. Stop doing low-value tasks yourself and focus on selling instead.
Like, 75% of agents last year sold one home or less. What's less than one home? Take a guess. Zero. So 75% of agents are carrying a license. Some of them don't want to sell homes. They're like inspectors or appraisers or. But there are plenty of agents out there that would gladly work for an hourly wage. And so your mindset has to be thinking like, okay, I can delegate this. I can build a system and delegate this. I highly recommend whatever you need to do to get leverage around anything. Admin in nature, the argument against spending money on a person is I don't have the money. So everyone agrees that they can make a hundred dollars per hour, but you're spending time on stuff that you can get other people to do for $20 per hour. So every hour you're working, and this is spreadsheet Math, you're losing $80 per hour every time you touch something. Administrative in nature. The only variable is how many weeks or months would it take for you to get busy enough trading out those lower dollar productive activities for the higher dollar productive activities.
