This chunk explains an Agent Performance Agreement (an appendix/exhibit to the OSA outside sales agent position agreement) that mandates an activity program of measurable metrics: prospecting hours, dials (minimums: 30/month; 15/week broken into prospecting and follow-up), meaningful conversations, follow-up hours, appointments set, open houses held (2/month expected), social posts, networking, seller referrals, BombBomb videos sent, and MBA targets (set 4 appointments → meet 3 → sign 2 as a working rhythm). It emphasizes monthly review against KDNA/KD and A and recommends using the Buyer Specialist Weekly Success Tracker (paper or Excel) to record daily activities and appointments.
This one page here, the Agent Performance Agreement becomes. It's an appendix or an exhibit to the OSA outside sales agent position agreement. And you can see that they're committing to the activity program. The activity program is hours of prospecting by month dials and these are minimums. So we actually have more than this. It's actually 30 per month. If you do the 15. 15 per week is basically broken down by prospecting and follow up. So hours of prospecting, dials expected per prospecting, meaningful conversations, hours of follow up. Follow up is someone you've already had a conversation with dials how many dials you've physically made, any meaningful conversations you've had showing appointments you set up. Open house leads. We actually changed this to open houses held. So not leads they can't control always how many leads they get. But open houses held two a month per agent are expected. No card sent, social posts go for no referrals. SOI connects cups of coffee, lunches, those sorts of things. Networking events, seller referrals. And we added bombbomb videos sent number bombbomb videos sent. And then it leads to MBA set MBAs met MBA signed. That's the rhythm, right? We want them to set three a week to meet two to sign two. It's actually four. Three. Two is what it works out to be. You set four appointments, three, you know, will meet and you'll sign two. It's not an exact science, but it's just sort of a simple way for you to sort of keep that mantra. Then in the Agent Performance Agreement you've got blanks. So you go back once a month and you say, all right, let's look at your activities. Let's match this up to kdna. And this exactly matches KD and A. So it's super important they get a buyer specialist weekly success tracker. We don't require they fill this out, but it's a tool that they can use to basically keep track of their activities. So they can enter them on a daily business basis and then they record their appointments on the back of that document. You have the Excel version of that as well, so you can modify it.
