Lars Hedenborg explains how to hit 500+ closings annually through daily outreach and automated contact sequences. He credits repetitive touches like holiday photos and pumpkin pie posts for maintaining relationships at scale. The key is building a boring, repeatable system and growing your database.

If all you could do was find someone every day, Monday through Friday and get them into the most valuable sequence they could possibly be involved in for their life or real estate, hopefully both. What would that need to look like so that you could just scale at will? Because we have members doing over 500 homes per year from their database. It's the same nonsense that they do year after year. It's the same pumpkin nonsense, it's the same pie nonsense, the same Christmas pictures with Santa nonsense. It's all the stuff that I don't like, but people like it and you get credit for it even if they don't show up for it. Design the system. You can kind of be the designer of the system and it'll scale with you. So if you're trying to bridge the gap to get to 50, you just have to scale the database over time and then you're setting yourself up for 75 in 2027.
