A real estate coach celebrates 10 years of marriage from a Caribbean beach and connects marriage and business through one principle: consistency. Both require commitment and showing up, the same way successful agents build their practices over time.
Hey Real estate B school community. Another weekly message for you guys and some encouragement here as you tackle all the just awesome adventures in your business. I'm actually on a beach in the Caribbean, almost a full week here celebrating my 10 year anniversary with my bride Julie. And makes me think about my journey in business and my journey in my marriage because both take a monumental commitment. That's the first thing. And then just an amazing amount of consistency. So you cannot have something amazing in your life without a commitment and then consistency moving toward just taking the steps and actions necessary to kind of to achieve that vision of greatness that you see, right? We all go into a marriage if you're married and we think it's going to be blissful and we think it's going to be just the greatest thing ever and love and it is all of that. But when you look at the long game with marriage, it's more about the consistency and the commitment when it comes to having a truly spectacular marriage. And same thing in business first, when it comes to marriage, you really have to take an approach with your marriage, just a humble approach that you're part of a team and it's not, you're not always going to get your way. The plan, the roadmap has to be, you have to sort of be grounded in the same beliefs and the same end game for your marriage and for your family and in my case, my faith, you know, we're both Christian and believers and that sort of grounds everything that we do. And the same goes for your business, right? So all of the tools that we use in the real estate B school toolbox, they are grounded in stuff that works, right? These are time tested business principle, sound business principles, tools that you have to have in your business if you're going to be successful. So our most successful coaching levels, the members that have doubled, tripled, even quadrupled their business while taking more time away from their business, have just trusted that process. They trusted that it takes a commitment, consistency. So the two Cs I'm going to talk about commitment and consistency, the commitment to a business that is spectacular and the consistency to see through to work on the fundamentals of your business, knowing that your tendency is only to complicate things as an entrepreneur and you've got to fight that tendency to be consistent in the basics. And same goes for marriage, right? You need to make that commitment and the commitment and the consistency matters more than any fleeting feeling or emotion. And we have those in business, we have those in relationships. So that's the encouragement for today. Once you make the commitment to build a real real estate business, you need the consistency and to implement those tools that you know are going to be the foundation of running a truly sustainable business that gives you more time, freedom and more and just systematically increases your net worth. So if you've any interest in getting together with us and seeing if we're a good fit for where your business is headed or where you know your business can go, but you don't have those tools, make sure you click on the link on this page to schedule a coaching session with us.
