Short motivational advice from Lars Hedenborg on building a systems-driven, highly profitable real estate business that avoids agent and owner burnout. Recommends lower personal production (approx. $400k–$500k/year), leveraging a local licensed admin, shifting focus to attraction and helping other agents (10–12 hours/week), and structuring a residual-income pillar while working ~30 hours/week.

There's actually more freedom. If you're wanting to build a multiple million dollar real estate business that's on the right economic model is systems driven and super profitable not only to the agents that work within that model, but also the owner. There's a right way to do it and we have all of that. And it's hard, right? It's hard. I think real freedom is achieved inside of what I the way I see it now where let's do a little less production. Let's do four to five hundred thousand dollars per year of production, highly leveraged with a local licensed admin and then let's focus on attraction. Get that down that core business down to 30 hours a week. Let's spend 10 to 12 hours per week just helping other agents. And in the process of helping other agents, you're going to build out this residual income pillar that is going to be the coolest freaking thing ever. No more burnout. F the burnout. Only love and respect for anyone that is in tun using the insanity of real estate. It is a crazy business, but I promise you we have a better way to do it.
