Realtors struggle with schedules because they don't design realistic weeks or connect daily work to bigger goals. The fix: time-block an ideal week you can actually follow, then build a three-year vision that ties your daily habits to what you want in your personal and professional life.
Raise your hand if you struggle with being disciplined with your schedule. It's everybody. I've only found a couple things to work here. It's being excited enough. Yeah. So if you struggle with managing your time or being productive or getting distracted or any of that stuff, I figured out the first. Just on a practical level, you have to time block. Maybe a Sunday afternoon, you're drinking your coffee on the back patio. You're designing a week that if you followed it, you could get everything done. We call that the ideal week. It's not going to ever work out perfectly, but at least you've designed it in a way like, man, if I could actually follow this, this would be amazing. So that's step number one. Step number two is that you have to know in your gut and in your heart why you're even doing it. For me, it's this concept of a three year vision being real clear. If I stack the days and the weeks and the months and the quarters, in a few years, I could achieve this three years from now in my marriage and my physical body, with my kids, with my bank accounts, with my business, with the time I'm putting in my business to the things I'm now doing or not doing in the business. That's the thing that keeps me going on the daily.
