The Truth About eXp Realty | How to Grow & Scale Your Sales

Lars Hedenborg walks through eXp Realty's platform, business model, and agent equity programs. He covers the brokerage's technology, revenue sharing structure, and how agents can build residual income while scaling sales.
All right, so let's get started. You're in the right place if you know you want to hear the truth about exp. I just celebrated my two year anniversary with exp. I have a pretty deep experience in the real estate industry. It is the fastest growing company of all time by a factor of two. I also want to get into it and spend time talking about how you can enter this platform with Game Changers Nation and not have to pay for coaching, technology or training ever again. So here's the warning and I say this as heartfelt as I could possibly say it is. If you've heard of EXP or you think you know what it is, just slow down and spend the time to look at it. I dismissed it for many, many years before I had someone that I respect really slow me down to have me study this platform and I am so unbelievably grateful that he did because I just didn't understand it. And so this is all about you, this call and I want to challeng you out of the gate to think about your current business. I'm going to take you through 10 questions and each of these 10 questions you can score a max of 10. So 10 questions out of 10 is a max score of 100. If you're able, I would love for you to write on a piece of paper 1 through 10 and keep track of your scores as we go along. These are going to be fast and furious. First gut initial reaction. Question number one how would you rate your current real estate business overall? The time you're spending in it, the money you're making and the stress that you're enduring? 1. Not good at all. You're just not anywhere close to where you want to be. 10. You're crushing it. Question number two is your broker or brokerage actively helping you grow and scale your business and live a better life? What's Your gut reaction 1 to 10? Question number 3 Does your brokerage offer a powerful technology stack that directly helps you grow your sales? Right? Directly helps you grow your sales? Question number four is are top agents in your brokerage regularly, like regularly giving away their various best stuff to you? So in your brokerage are like the best agents sharing their listing presentation? How are they selling 50, 60, 100 plus homes per year and they're actually giving you their stuff to do it? Question number 5 Does your brokerage offer affordable health insurance options? Right, this is a little bit stacked. Meaning like if your brokerage doesn't offer health insurance it's A1 and I understand that My brokerage does exp, so it could be a one. Or if you're in exp, it's probably a ten. I'll save about $10,000 this year on exp. Health insurance plan. Does your brokerage give you stock just for selling homes? So this is. If they don't, it's a one, right? It's sad. I think it's really sad that the company you bust your butt for year in and year out, they're not giving you an ownership position in the company, right? If you're in a company that does, it's a 10. Question number seven, is your brokerage partnering with you and showing you how to build residual income? Right. Or do they give you a yellow book or a blue book? Right. Are they actually partnering with you and showing you how it's done? And question number eight, is your broker offering timely and relevant training to Thrive? I forgot to change this word. In the shift storm, right? We are in the midst of a multi year, at the beginning of a multi year shift storm. Are they, are they helping you get through it? Are they ahead of the curve? Are they telling you what's coming? Question number nine, is your broker or brokerage teaching you how to gracefully exit real estate production? There will come a day where you don't want to go out on evenings and weekends with buyers you don't want to love on, you know, 20 year old carpets of a listing presentation. There will come a day. Is your broker helping you exit production? Question number 10 Overall, how excited are you about the future of your real estate brokerage? 1 to 10, how excited are you? And the guiding question. So that ends the actual test portion. The guiding question here though is do you have a clear roadmap in place to scale your business and crush your financial goals so that you can live a life of meaning, impact and satisfaction? Rate yourself on that. Question one, you have no plan, no roadmap. You're not anywhere closer just to crushing it in business and life. 10. You are on an awesome track and you're excited about it. So here's a harsh reality. As an industry, there isn't a path to financial freedom. And the only thing most brokerages can offer their agents is a transaction treadmill. Sell a home, get back on the treadmill. Sell a home, get back on the treadmill. And traditional methods and productivity coaching, they're not really getting it done in terms of providing true freedom for real estate agents and most agents and team leaders will not exit gracefully. In terms of the time we spend together today, if you know there's another level of growth in your business and you want to hang around with folks that are excited about building businesses and they're the business builders rather than struggling agents. You want to grow your business in a way where you can systematically increase your net worth and time away from the office. And I would say most importantly, if you want to make the shift from grinding it out, transaction treadmill, always worried about the next transaction or working when you shouldn't be working to more of a highly lucrative lifestyle business. But the darker side and the reality of our industry is that most of us aren't where we want to be financially. We're working evenings and weekends. We're stressed out more than anyone we know and we're missing out on the things that really matter. Real quick on me. I love business. I love my family, I love Jesus. I love doing my podcast real estate business Builders. I wrote a book, Scale or Die. You can grab a free copy of scale or die book.com legit free. I didn't have any sales, marketing or business building experience when I got into real estate, but fast forward. Many, many failures. 5,000 plus families served. Went from a solo agent. My first full year was 2008, 44 transactions to actually 453 transactions in a single year. And I worked 42 days that year. So a lot of pain and suffering to get there though. But I've helped hundreds, if not, I think over a thousand agents and team leaders grow and scale their businesses. I built up an awesome liquid net worth, awesome residual income, 80,000 plus and I work in an amazing schedule. So Monday through Thursday, roughly 12 to 5 or 5:30. I travel a bunch, I vacation my family. But I've made all the mistakes. So none of that is intended to have you think that I haven't suffered. I haven't put my family through a whole bunch of crap. I haven't like tripped and fallen over and over and over again and hopefully eventually, if we come into each other's worlds, I can teach you all of this stuff not to do because I was failing out of the gate. This was 2000. Trying to gauge from Andrew size 2008. He's probably a year old there. This is the year I sold 44 homes and I was working all the time. I was not present. I was failing. Ruined our first family vacation. Worked most of my waking hours to hold an $850,000 short shelf together that never closed. Raise your hand if you've ever pissed off your spouse working a deal when you shouldn't. April 2010, Kendyl came into the world, our baby girl. And it was on. I had to figure it out. And I did figure it out. I figured out how to use systems and leverage and virtual assistance and marketing as massive leverage. Built an amazing life for our family. So I started a coaching company. Not because I ever thought I'd be doing stuff like this and teaching, but. But I just knew the path could be easier for others. So that is a massively successful business. I think we've done like 13 or 14 million in revenues since 2013, which is pretty cool. All that said, I still see massive challenges with the real estate industry. As a traditional agent, you don't make money when you're not selling. There is no exit strategy. And I think traditionally successful agents, I just don't think it's a life worth living. But let's say you go down the team building route, right? That's where I've specialized quite a bit of my time. You spend a bunch of time helping agents grow, eventually they leave you. You build up the competition essentially or you give away margin to make them happy. And there really isn't a lucrative exit from a real estate team. I exited my real estate team in 2020 and it's not this big pot of gold and there's no residuals as a part of it. Right. A brokerage model, let's say you're going to either go a franchise model or independent. The constant churn with just agents and retention. The grass is always greener, low or mostly no profit businesses. And usually the owners are having to do something else like sell homes themselves personally to make money. And really there's no real way to add value to agents lives when you're barely making it yourself. Real quick, I want to shift gears one more time. I want to talk to you a little bit about my journey to expand and I just wish, you know, I know it worked out perfectly as planned, but I wish somebody would have slowed me down. This is in early 2018, actually coached AJ Maida who's on the right here. He. I was one of the first people he told about that. He went to EXP and he was hardcore KW and I said I've never even heard of EXP. This is like January 2017 and me and John are at this mastermind with him and he's telling us about 200 agents in his Rev share team. And I'm like, what are you talking about? I think John and I like dismissed it completely. We were running traditional teams. I was working with John at this Time in real estate, B school. We had massive overhead. We had probably 10 or 12 agents. And it was working, but it was a lot of work, right? It's super stressful. Fast forward a year or two and I just see aj, like living a best life, you know, a life that I couldn't have imagined and just traveling and doing all these things right. And I was just wondering, like, what the heck is going on? They have a child, they moved to Puerto rico, they took 12 months in an RV and just living a complete life of freedom. In August of 2020, I see AJ with this post, huge milestone. So remember in March 2018, 27 months earlier, he's at 200 agents, 2000 agents. August 19, 2020, just three and a half years ago. Loved KW, right? In January 2717, he joined 2400 agents, 25 states. It was, you know, a penny stock. We all made fun of it. Now at this time, 32,000 agents. And then on the other side, I think this was Instagram or some other post, 1008 houses that he closed last month. And I'm like, what the heck is going on? I know he lives in Puerto Rico. I know he's not grinding out deals. I know he's not like traditional leading a team. But then two weeks later, September 5, 2020, it was a Saturday. John calls. He says, I have something to tell you. Are you sitting down? I'm like, holy cow, this sounds serious. I instantly, I'm not kidding, thought terminal illness or something's going on with Jen, like in their marriage. He tells me, I'm moving my team to exp. Instantly, my heart skips a beat. I'm not joking. I know it sounds dramatic. My palm starts sweating and I just launch into all the reasons why we said it wasn't a good idea. And then he stops in my tracks as if he hit me over the head with a two by four and said, have you actually studied the model? Have you actually studied the model? And fast forward to March of 2021. We studied the model. We're in exp. AJ's at 3750. He's over 6000 at this point. But really, when I think back to that journey and that transition and I don't know who said this, but the most expensive thing you can own is a closed mind. I was 100% guilty of this. The truth is I didn't see exp for what it was because I never actually studied it. But. But at this point now, two plus years into this journey, I can say unequivocally, if that's the right way to say it. The fastest way to grow and scale your real estate business and create additional income pillars is to partner with somebody at Game Changers Nation Powered by EXP Realty so either I invited you here or someone invited you here because they cared about you enough to slow you down no matter what you would think of them, to actually study the model. And I think you can do it without paying for coaching, training or technology ever again. I'm going to go through a very quick explanation of EXP. It would take me 30 minutes to explain what this video explains in nine minutes. So stay tuned here for EXP Explained in nine minutes.
Welcome to EXP Realty. This is an overview of one of the most innovative real estate brokerage models today. A global community designed, powered and owned by our agents and partners, transforming the real estate experience. Our family of agents build their own businesses while having equity opportunities in EXP World Holdings. As technology has transformed entertainment, hospitality, transportation and retail, it's now transforming the real estate industry. There's been little to no innovation with the the old fashioned real estate models. Franchise brokerages all start with the company at the top, which feeds down to regions, followed by offices or market centers, followed by a local manager or team leader. The focus was on the brokerage and their brand, not on the agent and their business. The evolution of real estate brokerages has always been driven by how agents get paid. This can be clearly seen with EXP's growth compared to old fashioned models. At EXP Realty, we've eliminated old fashioned bloat by removing franchises, territories, brick and mortar and redundant layers of management. By doing this, we've created opportunity to give equity back to the agents and have made the agent the focal point of their business. We do this by having multiple income opportunities within our model and leveraging our fully immersive cloud office environment where agents enjoy 247 access to State of the art collaborative tools, coaching, support and socialization. EXP Realty continues to experience consistent record breaking year over year growth with a mission to reach 1 million agents globally. It all began in the United States and Canada with EXP Realty perfecting the model over the first 10 years, laying the foundation for our global expansion. Our international footprint footprint now expands over six of the seven continents. Our core values define our culture and ensure decisions are always aligned. Like being agile allows us to make adjustments at any time for our agents and their clients. EXP is at the forefront of technology. Every agent gets their own lead generation CRM system called KVCore for a non exp agent, it could cost over $5,000 a year. This industry leading system provides you with a behavioral driven personalized idx, website, CRM, email and text campaigns. You'll always be notified of your contact's behavior, helping you convert and close more transactions. Skyslope allows agents to manage their business totally paperless. EXP Realty agents also have access to Workplace by Facebook, which is a dedicated and secure working space to connect, communicate and collaborate with other agents and expand staff. You'll be able to use familiar Facebook features like news feed, groups, messages and events to get things done quickly and efficiently. We understand that some agents enjoy the office setting from time to time, which is why every agent at EXP gets a global membership to Regus shared offices and their new brand spaces. Regis offers 3,000 office locations in over 900 cities cities in 120 countries. Every agent at EXP has the opportunity to become a shareholder in EXP World Holdings. Earn equity awards for closing your first transaction each year, capping each year and every time an agent you attracted joins EXP and does their first transaction. Our Agent Equity program helps agents prepare for retirement. You can elect to take 5% of your gross commission per transaction and buy the company's stock at a 10% discount. Our ticker symbol is EXPI. Note that some stock awards are subject to vesting. EXP's ICON agent program is unmatched within the industry. Our founder, Glenn Sanford, strongly believes that top producing agents should be rewarded for their contribution. There are two ways to qualify for icon status $5,000 paid in post cap transaction fees or $500,000 annual GCI with a minimum of 10 closed transactions. When you achieve icon status, you'll receive 100% of your cap that you paid to EXP back in the form of company stock, essentially putting you at a 100% commission split. One of the most exciting aspects of our compensation plan is our revenue sharing model, which allows you to build a monthly leveraged income by attracting productive agents to the company. Here's a breakdown of how the revenue sharing model Tier one contains the agents that you personally attracted to the brokerage. For each transaction on this tier, you'll get 3.5% of their total commission. This amount is taken out of exp's 20%, not out of the agent's 80% commission. Once the agent has hit their annual cap, they start receiving 100% of their commissions. You therefore no longer receive income from their deals for the remainder of the year, which is why the max you can earn on this tier per agent is $2,800. You can earn on all seven tiers, but it's contingent upon how many agents you've personally attracted to the brokerage and their level of production. For example, if you attract five producing agents, you earn exponential share in commissions on Tier 1 and Tier 2, which are agents that your Tier 1 agents attracted. If you attracted 10 producing agents, you earn exponential share in commissions on Tier 1, Tier 2, and also on Tier 3, which are agents that your Tier 2 agents attracted. On Tiers 4 through 7, you'll still receive a reduced share in commissions, which is called our expansion sharing. So let's go through a quick example of how you can create a monthly leveraged income through the revenue share program. Here's you you personally attract five capping agents. Then each of those five agents attract five capping agents of their own, giving you five agents of Tier 1 and 25 agents on Tier 2. For the five capping agents on Tier 1, you earn up to $2,800 each, and for the 25 capping agents on Tier 2, you earn up to $3,200 each, giving you an annual leveraged income of up to $94,000. But note that these figures are based on each One of these agents capping, which is approximately selling $2.7 million of real estate per year with an average commission of 3%. You can speak to an exp agent or staff member for further explanation. Express offers a revolutionary new home selling option for homeowners who want to skip the hassle and uncertainty of a traditional home sale. The platform connects sellers with institutional buyers who can pay cash and close quickly. Unlike other ibuyer platforms, Express offers allows agents to receive real estate commissions. At exp, you'll never pay a desk fee, royalty fee or franchise fee. Every agent is treated equally and is on an 8020 split which caps each year at $16,000. You then receive 100% commission for the remainder of your year. Here's the amazing part. It's only $149 to join exp and that includes your first month's $85 brokerage fee. On each transaction. There's a $25 broker review fee and a $40 risk management fee. The risk management fee caps at $500 each year. We're also excited to announce that we've added a low cost healthcare alternative. Our agents get a one on one virtual consultation to ensure they've selected the right plan. EXP Realty continues to set industry records, becoming the number one independent brokerage in the US for closed transactions. For more information, reach out to the agent who shared this video with you.
I love that ending. Once you have seen it, you can't unsee it. If you really give this a good hard look, you will suffer a little bit from EXP insomnia. And really most importantly, when you realize that it's not, it's not another version of what's already out there. Like when you really wrap your head around the opportunity. Because that's what I did. And I finally. So John slowed me down enough to look at it and then I realized that it was just in alignment with what I was doing. As it was. I want to help agents grow. I want them to live a life and I want them to ultimately do really awesome things in this world in terms of purpose and impact and whether or not I like it or you like it or whatever. It is the most disruptive platform in the history of the real estate industry by a factor of two. And why is that? Right? So we have to slow down and think about why that is. And it's in every industry. So what's happening with EXP in real estate is happening in every other industry. So the Blockbuster to the Netflix, any retailer with Amazon, you know, Uber to Traditional taxis, right? Doordash to going to a supermarket. My kids are obsessed with doordash. I'm going to ruin them forever. And then traditional brokerages with exp. So here's the history of the traditional real estate model. And this is like the last hundred years where you start with international. Some guy that decides they want to build a real estate company and franchise it, they go out and cut the world up into regions. Those regions sell franchises that become owners. Those owners hire staff that recruit agents, and then the agents sell real estate. The real estate commissions serve this pyramid, right? So with respect to exp, the thing that's majorly different is that Glenn Sanford, in 2009, our founder, had the ability to look at the industry and what he thought was broken about it. And it wasn't a flip the switch. It took him years to get traction in this model. But he put the agent as the owner, put the agent on top. They own everyone that sells at least one home owns part of exp. And that gave him the ability, via the cloud based model to eliminate 90% of the staff that these other brokerages have. There are no market center owners or franchise owners. There are no regions that are skimming profit. And ultimately it's putting the agent where they need to be and giving them a value proposition. In Glenn Sanford's words, something to the effect that he wanted to make the value proposition of EXP so unbelievably powerful that it would be irresponsible for agents to not bring their license to exp. And that's been his guiding mission. So the question I asked myself, and I think it's the question you need to ask yourself, are you going to sit on the sidelines and continue to sort of like dismiss this model as it just continues to disrupt the real estate industry? This was the question I asked myself after I studied it. I'm like, man, it's going to take some pivoting and some, you know, some tough conversations for me to go into this. Yet I was willing to do it because I couldn't unsee what I had, what I had seen. So the question is, you know, how is it really different? I get asked this question. The platform itself is massively different. The overhead, there's just not the overhead. There was an article written that analyzed the operating expenses of real estate companies. And exp is running at about $700 per transaction. Our company spends on average. So all of our operating expenses divided by the number of transactions where in other brokerages like Realogy, for example, is more than 10 times that. Right? So they're spending more than 10 times to sell one home than exp is. It's because of the model. Second thing here is that our interests are aligned when we partner together. We're all owners of this company. Right? And we get to collaborate at no additional cost to you. And there's really no company that has a clear path to wealth and also exiting production while making real estate fun again. So let me talk specifically, shift gears on you one more time. What it looks like to partner with Game Changers Nation at EXP Realty. There's sort of two things that we focus on. One is sales and production. That's first and foremost. We want people that want to help them sell as much real estate as they want to sell. And then we've got the other side, which is agent attraction, which is the residual income opportunity. So let's talk about the sales and production side. This is worth screenshotting. This is just the last three months in terms of what we've had on our sales and production masterminds. Every month we do a market update. We've had guys on and girls there selling 2,3000 homes in their career, giving away their best stuff. You know, how to hire a virtual assistant, online branding, you know, Aaron novello, he lists 10 to 15 plus properties per month. He showed us exactly how luxury stuff, video marketing. Next week is getting paid what you're worth and then becoming the CFO of your business. So really amazing training to help you grow your sales. But then also we have a proven agent attraction training system. So the biggest myth at EXP or people looking at exp, is that you're a bunch of recruiters. Only one out of eight agents at EXP participate in agent attraction. But that's the thing that I think I've solved. I built out a proven system that is duplicatable. So if you want to generate passive income, or residual income as we call it, referral income from transactions on agents that you brought into our world, we've got everything built out to you. The whole platform is built. It's technology and marketing driven, content creation related and it saves a ton of money in terms of being able to enable all of this technology. And I built out a training platform for exactly the things you'll need to do to be able to grow and scale residual income. And so people ask me, you know, okay, Lars, I see that you can do agent attraction, you can build that residual income, but what could it mean for me? But my question is, do you have an Exit strategy So I'm going to share in a second what I think residual income at EXP could look like because of revenue share and agent attraction. But my question before that is, do you even have an exit strategy? This is straight cash flow quadrant. Robert Kiyosaki Rich dad, poor dad, poor dad. On the left, you either work for someone or you work for yourself. You have a job and there's no leverage. On the right, you get people working for you, which essentially is revenue share. And then you invest that money so you can make more money. So your money works for you and then people work for you. And so here's the exit plan challenge is that there's not an easy path to monthly recurring residual leveraged passive income. Right? Let's say you want to earn $20,000 a month. I learned this straight from Tony Robbins. The key to financial freedom is spending less than you make, investing the difference until you get to a critical mass of investment capital where you could live off the interest. In that definition, on the right hand side is the critical mass of investment capital. It's the equivalent of having $4.8 million of liquid net worth to have $20,000 a month of residual income. So think about that. What's your number? If Your number is $20,000, your critical massive investment capital, liquid net worth. Now you can have those assets working for you in the meantime, but your liquid net worth needs to be 4.8 million to throw off 20,000. So how much have you saved so far? How much are you saving per year and how many years will it take you to save the difference? Most people, agents in particular, have their head in the sand on this. And this is the same challenge that we all need to face whether or not we ever come into exp. So my question to you is based on where you are today in terms of residual income and the potential that you have in terms of net worth and savings and the plan that you're on, how confident are you in terms of where you're going? That's the real question. I'm going to give you a few examples, show you what I've done, and I think we'll be done. So three examples here of what revenue share agent attraction could look like. They're all based on an Average agent selling seven homes for 350,000. 2.75%, not a full capping agent. Two SRS buffer is simply that's the max. Most conservative example there. Exp put that in place in 2019 so that revenue share would never go away. Three examples you bring in five agents in the first example, they bring in five on average. A total organization of 30 agents. That throws off $5,145 per month, which is a net worth equivalent of $1.234 million. Guys recruiting five agents to exp and encourage them, encouraging them to bring some friends in is the equivalent of saving $1.2 million. Go to 10. If you can get to 5, you can get to 10. Keep that same 5 to 1 ratio. An organization of 60 agents is 10,291 per month, or a net worth equivalent of $2.469 million. By recruiting 10 people. On the, on the right example, you don't do anything different. You're 50, tells only one friend on average. So not a five to one, just a one to one. That's $15,765 a month. That's the equivalent of saving $3.783 million. This is not funny math right here. Some of the calculators out there will have you building an organization to 2,000 people with some assumptions. By level, that's where multi level marketing or any kind of levels of earning. And by the way, Gary Keller, massively successful guy, will ever will forever have a seat in the hall of fame of real estate. He came up with the seven levels, but he pinned it to profit share. And he can't unwind what he built. He's not able to do revenue share. So this is just a newer version of a proven model that. But there's no funny math in here. This is not the calculators that show you making $4 million a year. Those are out there. This is conservatively. If you can wrap your head around bringing 10 people into EXP and encouraging them to bring some friends in, you can build a net worth equivalent of $3.8 million in not so much time. Here's what I built. And I only put this up here to show you the, the leverage that's possible here. My first month, you know, I brought four agents in, they brought some friends in, right? A two to one ratio. Then I brought in four more. I went to eight and it was 20. You know, fast forward in month five I was at 20 and it was 69. But then they brought in 41 and 16 and four. You know, my organization, even though I didn't grow like crazy, you know, my organization went from 12 to 608 in the first 12 months. And then in month 12 to 24 it went from 608 to 1393. I'm at 1427. Now I've earned over a million dollars in revenue share, right? So it might take you 10 years to what I built to do what I built in two years. But conceptually, I've built a net worth equivalent in the range of about $18 million based on the free cash flow that agent, attraction and revenue share allows me to have. Right. I do not take it lightly. I work my butt off to make sure I'm delivering value to people that have followed me into this platform. But still, it's the most leveraged thing I've ever done in my career. And so I think you have a choice. You can go down the path of saving 2.4 or $4.8 million or 7.2 if you want $30,000 a month residual. Or you could acquire 100 rental properties and deal with tenants and all of those headaches. That's one path it's proven right. Or you could attract 10 to 15 agents to exp in the next two to three years, and that will build out to 10, 12, $15,000 a month of residual income. It's already proven. You don't have to second guess it. You don't have to throw your hands in the air and wonder if it's possible. I studied this at a very deep level, and so I know it's not only possible, it's predictable. And you're not alone. The whole point here is to go further faster by partnering with someone from Game Changers Nation. If I invited you here, message me or text me directly and we'll connect for a deeper dive call to answer your questions. But it's doing its thing, right. It's disruptive because of the compensation. The fact that we're growing through sort of peer to peer, you know, sphere of influence, network networking with other agents through revenue share. Our tech stack and our Training is unparalleled. 80 hours a week. Right. You saw in the video of training our best agents, giving their best stuff. Five ways to earn equity in the company and then instant demand, like everything is on demand in terms of support. This quote from Mike Michalowicz. I met Mike at an event and I had him on my podcast recently. This is from Profit first and I think it really captures the real estate agent. Putting your nose to the grindstone is a really easy way to cover up an unhealthy business. We think that if we can just work harder, longer, better, if we can just hold out, something good will happen one day. And if you sort of, if you read this and you're like, man. I really, I'm doing that. I'm not on a clear path. I think you really need to slow down and consider this platform. It will allow you to make more money through production, through stock, through residual income, agent attraction, so you can have more freedom. And ultimately, what matters most is more impact in your family, in your community. So connect with the Game Changers Nation member that invited you here today for more info and just do the work, do the due diligence required to fully vet out this opportunity and figure out for yourself why it's the fastest growing real estate company of all time. And we'd love to partner with you in Game Changers Nation. Much love, much respect. We'll talk soon. Be good.
