Anyone that doesn't know my journey, I figured out early on Legion sold 27 homes my first 10 months. Then I sold like 44 my first full year. Five years later I had 10 agents running my systems, my playbook essentially in a team environment. And we did 453 transactions, made all the mistakes you could possibly make, turned it into a coaching company. And I've coached like 3,000 agents or so over the last 12 years. There isn't a challenge I haven't sort of attacked in this industry. We are in a unit recession of all unit recessions. So this is just a market that thrives on available income to agents. And the available income to agents has been in an all time low for this will be the third year. Two years ago they said it was the worst in 30 years. Last year it was the worst in 31 years. And God willing, this is not going to be the worst in 32 years. So. So if you still maintain a real estate license, it may not feel like you're winning the game. But I promise you, if you can get through the shitstorm that we're going through right now, you are winning the game of real estate and it does not feel like it.
