This Strategy Turned 3 Hard No's Into A $700K Contract

A sales strategy for converting rejected leads. Most objections repeat, so script your responses and practice them. Tag leads, reassign them to your ISA, and recycle them through your dialer on a schedule. One lead named Lars said no multiple times before signing a $700K contract months later.
When it comes to like a certain lead source, there's usually three, four, maybe five objections that you're going to hear consistently. And it's practicing those objections over and over and over. For example, I have an agent, right? 80% of people in the world don't really have agent. They just say that to get you off the phone. And if you can build a mindset around that with your team, they said they have an agent. We have some easy questions for them. Right. So a little bit more difficult, A bit more challenging. And we have a good shot at revisiting that lead as well. So this has been key for us as well around the scripting and just recycling leads is they told us they have an agent, we send it to somebody else on the team, or ISA team gets it the following day, a month, two months later, we tag it, it gets thrown back into the dialer. So we're making a list for one of our agents. We're not going to give them three, 50 people have, I have an agent. We give them some of the new stuff. Some of the people said, I have an agent. Some people said, no longer interested. Right. But with that, you continue talking to these folks and it's just a general open script from there. Right. So you reached out to us not so long ago, Lars. We weren't able to connect. Just wanted to see, you know, if you're still looking for a good deal, you know, and just open up. LPM conversation. That's a total different conversation, but it's just practicing these like two and three things just over and over in recycling leads. Because people tell you, I'm not interested in two, three months, they are interested. We had one in May of last year, said, not interested, not interested. I think it was October, November. We spoke to them, went under contract in March for 700k. Like not interested. Three times in a row. 700 under contract. You guys follow up really well. That's the feedback. So it's just that consistency and having one person in charge of recycling leads, putting them back into the dialer for folks to call.
