I would highly recommend him. He's kind of a no BS guy. The systems we put in place with him, we're looking at doing 400 transactions this year. To systematically increase your net worth is something that we never talk about. So we're going to go through them real quick. And this is more just an awareness. We're going to do a very quick no talk afterwards, but just do a very quick exercise against like really the things you want to be aware of as a leader. I just want to get into it. So I think there's like sort of 14 or 15 things that I want to just cover real quick. I want to go through these quickly. There's no rocket science in any of this. And then have you do a quick assessment in that worksheet. So we already, we covered visioning and the ability to dream and setting that, you know, there are people in your market that are selling 20 homes this year that are going to sell 400 homes three years from now or four years from now. So you just got to decide now that you're going to be one of those people if that's what you want, you know, so it's not like this is an impossible thing to do. So your ability to dream, so many of us, and I've suffered from this when I was in the business, you know, we. And the analogy is, you know, medications for, you know, maybe stop eating like two cheeseburgers a day if you have heart disease, but let's give medications for something like that. So instead of solving the chronic problems in your business, look at the underlying solutions and think holistically. So honesty, it goes without saying, honesty is a big one. Strength. There's a lot of times, and I keep bringing up Andy, but there's a lot of times where it gets tough and especially when you're in that scaling stage and you have too many listings, you don't have that next hire and shit goes sideways and you have the standard of care for your clients and it feels weird and you go into the closing table and you don't know which client is yours and you just feel off kilter. That's where the strength comes in. Fairness and reasonableness, thoroughness and persistence. So to be crystal clear on what the outcome is, willingness to listen. This is one for me. When I look at this one, I think I'm better now. Where's Sheree? Raise your hand so I can look at you when I need to look at you. So I think she'll say that I'm better at this now, but really Being open, I mean this is like your baby and you want to be like yeah, yeah, that's you know. But you really need to be present with people. And I would, I mean they've even, you know, I'd be having meetings with people and I'd be like doing other stuff. And my team was pretty good about calling me out on it. So being present, calmness, consistency, this is probably the biggest one for all of us. And when I come into situations where someone has a team up and running, if you were to really get their three or four main people and talk to them like what's it like working for your team leader? And it's generally exhausting because we over complicate things we're doing because when I was in it full time, my business is way better me working one day a week than if I had to focus on that five days a week. I'd probably get back into some of the same crap. So you guys need to focus on it even more and be more consistent with things because it's not the next lead gen platform that is going to help you. It's just being consistent on call the leads. There's three things you have to do as a buyer agent and if you can't do those three things there's not a spot for you on this team. And just being clear on that. Protectiveness over your team, patience. You know, this is a big one for me. I'm the worst trainer on my team. So we have. So the process I'm going to show you has four people involved in it for my team, which not everyone has four people that can get involved in training a new agent class. But I want to sit someone down. You know, Cherie is probably the best at this. It took her like what, two to three months to fully train Kara. So someone that didn't have any experience in a position who's now, I mean like just a really awesome player in our team and our clients. Every testimonial I feel like Kara's mentioned on every listing. Like Kara was great. And the agent's like I negotiated the deal, you know, but Kara had like so much time when the home was listed and then. And so Cherie has. Well, sometimes you have patience and sometimes you don't. I think she's less patience with me than anyone else on our team. Care, commit to excellence. And this is something that we're really looking this whole term world class for me, whatever that term is for you. For me it just has a meaning that when I think of world class When I think of world class fitness and I compare myself to that, that means something to me. And when I think of a world class business and I look at my business compared to that, so this to me, if we're all gunning for this, it should evoke something in you. Curiosity. Resilience goes to the same thing with strength. There is to bust through. There's a couple years that no matter how quickly you scale your team to go from small to a real viable entity, there's just like I think the shortest will be a couple of years that are just painful and I don't think there's any way around it. I think some of you want to avoid it and think that there's an answer to getting around it. But to be resilient and get there, be engaging with your team, I think we can all fall into this where even little facial things, even if we're saying the right words and we're just rolling your eyes, your team knows when you're doing that shit. So how do you embody these qualities? So it's definitely, you know, we'll do a quick exercise here and you'll see like, oh, there I am. You know, I'm low on that one again. But it's just looking at yourself. So it's a long term process to make this level of leadership, management second nature. It's not difficult, but requires commitment to change the worksheet you have, you've got the full guide and it goes through like really what every one of these things mean. So I want you to quickly do the exercise, just to do the exercise, but then spend some time with that guide in your Starbucks time. So change aspects of your behavior. You must look at yourself objectively. Think about real life situations where you could have acted differently. Determine what you're going to work on in yourself every day. So that's the intention part of this and take advantage of the opportunities that occur in your business and that's the attention. So you'll see how these things play out in your business if you're aware of it. It may take some time to cultivate new habits and there's a lot, hopefully from yesterday there's at least a handful of things that you're like, I've got to put a light on this. But if you take too much on it just can be overwhelming. So just make sure you only work on a few things at a time and I promise you your team will appreciate you for it.
