There is no president that can really drastically impact the macro cycle. We have been in a unit recession for a few years now. And so I think as interest rates come down here, we're going to have more buyers, more sellers. Inventory is already rising, and I think we're just going to have a more balanced market with more units selling. And we have had probably 12 to 18 months here of agents just leaving the industry. So agents are leaving the industry and income will be coming back in 2025.
