My name is Tyler Goff. I live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I run or manage a team called the Tyler Goff Group and Residential Real Estate Team here in Sioux Falls. And my wife Melissa and I have four kids. We had our first daughter. The end of 2009 and 2010 was my busiest year I had ever had. Started a team and got that up and running. First couple years in, there was a ton of struggles, but a lot of successes as well. But I quickly got to a point where I realized I was headed down kind of a dead end road. That the way my team was set up, the structure of it, it wasn't going to lead to the freedom that I was looking for. I was still. I was working almost every night of the week, Saturdays, some Sundays. I didn't want to work that much and miss out on my time at home with my wife and our newborn daughter. I knew something needed to change. So I had been following Lars. I'd watched his business. He actually started after I started. And his trajectory, his path, he was way further ahead. So I actually just reached out to Lars. When I talked to him, he had let me know he just started Real Estate B school. Real Estate B school was exactly what I needed. It was that clear path. It was those systems and those processes laid out to get me what I wanted out of my team, which is financial time and freedom. And we actually sat down, we did a one year vision, a three year goal, and we actually did a ten year goal. But what that vision does is when you say, this is where I want to be in three years, 90 days, 10 years, whatever it is, you start, start living your life today based on where you want to be in the future. So that margin has just allowed us to live with more of a purpose with that extra time and freedom that I, that I gained. It allowed me to go back and get a Master's of Divinity. So I went to seminary, something that I'd always wanted to do even right after college, but I didn't have time. This allowed me to go back to school, get a degree that I was really passionate about. Looking back, I wish we would have, I wish real Estate B school would have been available, available to us years before because we would have been even further ahead of where we are now. I think my favorite part about Real Estate B school is a community of agents that are, that are also coaching clients. So you're dealing with, you're working with or alongside some of the top real estate teams across the country. And what you quickly find out is some of those things that you're struggling with, there's a lot of other people struggling with. So you kind of get that sense of peace that, okay, it's not just me. Even if you're a single agent and you don't know what the next steps look like, real Estate B school would be a great option. If you have a team and you're starting on that journey of building your team, you have to do real Estate B school. You have to have a clear vision to where you're going and how you're going to build it. One word for real Estate B school to me would be clarity. Just clarity on where I'm going, what the next steps are, what we want the business to look like, what I want my life to look like. And real Estate B school has given me that clarity.
