A presentation explaining how CRM action plans standardize and automate real-estate client workflows. The speaker describes pre-defined multi-task action plans used across seller appointments, the first 30 days after closing, and listing/buy-side processes to ensure consistent follow-up and eliminate guesswork.
This is really, it's independent of what CRM you use. I mean you have to use one that has the ability to multi, sort of multitask. You know, you can have calls, emails to do's, letters, labels, different tasks in the same action plan. So if we look at, let's see here. So seller 30 day close. So in the first 30 days when we close out a seller, here's the plan that happens. We sell out a Zillow review, we send out our Lowe's subscription. If we get the net promoter survey back, or if we don't get it back, we mail a thank you note, post closing phone call to seller thank you note on the agent's desk, update the MLS voice pad, certain things that we, that we, that we update. But that's just a system on how we deal with the first 30 days after closing. And so you have access to everything we do when we book a seller appointment. We've got about eight or so tasks that happen when we book a seller appointment. And so there's a definite way that we handle every little thing that happens in our business. We send out a pre list package appointment thank you card. We prepare the equity evaluation. A thank you email goes out from me personally automatically. Personally confirmation email gets sent out. We call to confirm the appointment. The assigned agent calls to confirm the appointment and verify data in the seller counseling interview listing folder is created. And it's created and it's given to the signed agent. So everything that happens is prescribed ahead of time. So there's no guesswork to how things happened are happening. And then there's listing and buy side plans and you have access to all of those action plans.
