A short presentation (YouTube video) advising real-estate professionals on how to earn more by working less through disciplined visioning, annual and quarterly planning, and building repeatable systems. Recommends a '3:1:90' framework (three-year vision, one-year plan, 90-day execution cycles) and focusing each quarter on 2–3 systems (roughly one per month) such as buyer/seller appointment preparation, scripts, video touchpoints, and tracking.
Start with a vision. In real estate B school we call it a 3:1:90. It is a three year vision, a one year plan and then you live 90 days at a time. And when it comes to this approach where you're actually building out a new business so it doesn't matter where you are today, it's the vision of what you see in the future. And then bring what you have today as close to that vision as possible in a series of one year plans and, and then 90 days at a time. So four quarters per year in each quarter, all you're deciding to do is work on two or three systems. So basically one system per month. And it could be as simple as having someone either virtually or physically an assistant or an administrator prepare for listing appointments. That's an example of one system. If you're running a team already and your agents aren't converting at a high level on buyer consultations, you probably don't have a buyer system in place. So you need a buyer presentation, you need a pre appointment process put in place with scripts and bombbomb videos. And potentially we send out brownies to folks before we meet with them. You're thinking about what system can, can get the result on the buy side and what can I spend time building and then have people follow the system and buyer packet? Same thing. All of the information is in there in a packet for you to list buyers. That's an example of another system, tracking. Tracking. In your business that is something that most team leaders don't do the way they should do. Yet it's just an example of another system.
